Well, this is my third visit for service in teh past two months. Per my usual routine, I searched out James Somers to write my car up. Like every other time I have worked with James, he stopped what he wa months. Per my usual routine, I searched out James Somers to write my car up. Like every other time I have worked with James, he stopped what he was doing and took immediate care of my needs. My repair was minor. Thanks goodness James didn't make me check my car in, wait for a technition to repiar it, the. check me out. Nope, James had my repair completed in about 5 minutes...no waiting whatsoever! I have said it before....you better be keeping James happy as he could go most anywhere he wants and get a service advisor position. He is just that good at what he does! NOTE: I am not related to James in any way nor do we have any type of friendship. I say this so nobody thinks my evaluations on James are suspect. James is simply deserving of what I have to report! I can assure you that I will buy another vehicle from Kachina for one reason...to continue to take it in to James Somers when it needs service or repair! Lose him and you lose me (and the two Hummers I have bought over the years)! More

Jim Davis was the reason we purchased our Cadillac from Kachina. He took us for a test drive immediately. He was not aggressive in his approach to selling us a car. Charles Witthaus was my first contact when we arrived. He was super pleasant, very friendly, and most importantly listened to what vehicle and features we wanted and our budget. Ed the sales manager also came to meet us and both worked very hard to find the proper vehicle with features and price we wanted. They even had a vehicle brought same day from another dealership to try to meet our needs. Ultimately we bought a vehicle we were very satisfied with from them and they worked really hard to meet our needs on price, warranty, and other terms we needed. All along the way they were very professional and went above and beyond for us. When we picked up the vehicle for final overview and drive-away, Charles called us before and congratulated us (on his day off!) He told us that Rich would review the vehicle with us at pick up. Rich reviewed all the technical features of the vehicle which are many. He helped us complete all settings and preferences and even offered to come to our home if we had problems with setting garage opener feature when we got home. During the review and pick up, Rich was very professional, friendly, and even helped the experience to be fun and enjoyable. Ed made sure all our terms were met as I would expect from a sales manager. He and I talked a few times in the following weeks after I bought the vehicle to complete a couple terms with the sale such as head phones needing to be ordered, fixing a scratch, and a couple other minor things, all of which were addressed with utmost importance and care. Overall, the service was superb and the price for what we got was excellent. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Kachina Cadillac and recommend to other buyers as well. More

This is my second car I have purchased at Kachina Cadillac. I can not express how great the service is here compared to any other dealership I have been to. Me and my wife are having a second child, Cadillac. I can not express how great the service is here compared to any other dealership I have been to. Me and my wife are having a second child, and needed a bigger car than the CTS that I drove. We ended up getting a great looking SRX. This is a beautiful car and has everything we were hoping and wanting to get with our new car. We looked around at many different options at other manufacturers. Every place we went to had underclasses sales representatives that were just waiting outside of the dealership, and did nothing as far as making you feel welcome. All but one other business did not even offer you a cold water...this is Arizona! I was really impressed with Roberto Saenz and his sales team at Kachina Cadillac. They make you feel welcome. Nothing they ever mentioned to me about pricing ever felt like a pressure decision. They were all around GREAT to work with and I will definitely be doing business with Kachina and Roberto Saenz in the future. By far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Chuck responded to an on-line inquiry with courtesy and consideration which brought me to the show room. He understood that I was shopping around and talking to other Cadillac dealerships... had plenty of oppty to tear down the competition, but instead he focused on the strong qualities of Kachina... a true professional and a class act. Thanks Chuck! Chuck showed grace and patience when I told him I had "to walk"... until I had a chance to comparison price as part of the negotiating process. The team of Roberto and Andy along with Chuck assured me it was a deal that could not be beat, but let me "walk" without feeling pressure or guilt (quite unusual for car dealers, and in today's economy). After I had a chance to do more research I found that indeed they had provided the best deal, and even their competition stated that they could not beat their offer. The next day I went back to the dealership. Chuck was off that day, but Roberto stepped in right where we left off. Andy the finance manager prepared the documents in advance (I called informing them that I was coming back)and had the pricing exactly as we had discussed in our first meeting and follow up calls. The closing process was simple, quick, and painless... Thanks Andy! The vehicle indoctrination was AMAZING... Roberto truly knows his product, ensured that I understood the features (this was so in depth it took almost 90 minutes). Within an hour after driving my new SRX off the lot, Roberto calls me on the blue tooth enabled device and asks me if everything is okay... remarkable. Later that evening I was knee deep in the manual and Roberto texts me and reminds me to enable my On-Star... this was at 8:30 in the evening... again, remarkable. Thank you Roberto! ... as far as the vehicle, and the brand... this is the most excited I've ever been over any of my vehicles. I've owned foreign imports over the past 20 years. I've been looking for a reason to "buy American", but up to this point I haven't found a vehicle that could stand up to the other foreign brands... then I saw the lines of the SRX, researched their performance ratings, then test drove one and, UREAKA! The SRX was what I was looking for... incredible ride, great looks, awesome technical features, and I'm sure the service will be outstanding... the team who worked with me to find the right vehicle set a high bar for the rest of the Kachina organization, and I'm certain their service group must be as good as their customer sales/service team has been. If there was a rating higher than 5, Chuck, Roberto, and Andy would all have earned the highest rating possible. On this most recent visit I was helped out by Terry Austin when my 2005 Saab had a major meltdown. Terry and I talked; we agreed together that I should trade in and get a new vehicle. This wasn't a planned purchase, and I wasn't prepared. Terry linked me up with Roberto in sales, and we had a heart to heart about the situation. Roberto took care of me very well, and worked with me to get me into the right vehicle, at the right price. We did this in an open and honest way. I have no reservations recommending this crew to anyone in the market for a quality automobile. I came in for service, got bad news, and Kachina Saab got me out the door that day with a smile on my face and a new vehicle, at a good price. More
