When we let them know exactly what we wanted color,amenities etc, they said give me 2 days to locate what you want. They called in less than 48 hours and we set up an appointment to see and test drive the new 2012 Escalade EXT. I had had one for 10 years and felt it was one of the best Automobiles I had owned. We drove it. Loved it! Chose the 24 inch chrome rims for it and had it 2 days later. I travel a lot for business so follow through and quickness is very important to me. Everyone was very kind and patient in teaching us about all of the new technological differences from our old one. We are still learning and they are still helping. A big Thanks to Carlos! Went to see the Cadillac SRX with the possibility of purchasing prior to year end. We worked with Roberto Sainz. Roberto took excellent care of us. We told him that we would be trading in our Cadilla purchasing prior to year end. We worked with Roberto Sainz. Roberto took excellent care of us. We told him that we would be trading in our Cadillac Escalade in on a 2012 Cadillac SRX, but we were from out of town so it would have to be on another visit that we would be purchasing. Roberto told us that he would come and pick up our vehicle. We were quite surprised that they would take a trade without seeing it. To make a long story short, we drove home that evening with a 2012 Cadillac SRX and a week later they came and picked up the trade. I would highly recommend this dealership. They have earned our business and once we are ready to trade up we will return to Kachina Cadillac and if Roberto Sainz is still with them, we will request us him as our salesman. This is not your Reader's Digest version of a dealership rating. Anyone that's contemplating purchasing a vehicle from Kachina Cadillac, this may give you reassurance that you're making the right decision. rating. I'm not one for superlatives, but I feel compelled to comment on my new car buying experience. My recent experience at Kachina Cadillac was far more pleasurable, satisfying and professional than any other dealership I've dealt with in the past. In verbalizing today's business quotes/sayings "my expectations were exceeded"! Prior to visiting Kachina Cadillac, I researched the dealership with the Better Business Bureau as well as other available information via the internet. The dealership passed my test. I was somewhat in the market for a new vehicle and was interested in 2011/2012 Cadillac CTS. I had an idea of the color and price range, therefore, I made the long commute from northwest Glendale to southern Scottsdale to view their inventory. I was greeted after a few minutes upon my arrival by Steve Shannon. I had time to get out of my vehicle, take a brief look around and didn't feel like prey. My initial contact was more of a welcome to my dealership than the sales pressure one usually anticipates and receives. Steve escorted me over to the new vehicle lot where the models of my interest were parked. During my cursory observation of the cars, Steve fully explain the differences between the models and their available equipment packages. He was well informed and knowledgeable about all of the vehicles, not to mention attentive and personable. I had a trade in vehicle that would have to be negotiated in order to solidify any new purchase agreement. Steve and Sales Director Andy Ochoa offered me a fair and reasonable price on my trade. Additionally, the current incentives available on the vehicle of interest were explained. I'm not a compulsive buyer, so when making any large purchase, I prefer to discuss the matter with my wife and sleep on it. After leaving the dealership, I had several questions regarding the transaction and the possibility of a new car purchase. I addressed these in the form of numerous e-mail correspondences. My questions were answered in a timely manner, usually within an hour. Steve's ability to address my questions and concerns made me feel confident in our purchase agreement. Subsequently, I made the decision to finalize my trade and purchase a new CTS. Prior to taking delivery of my new CTS I emphasized the need for the car to be meticulously detailed, as if I did it myself. I was not disappointed. My new CTS was located near the service department inside a well lit area allowing me to take the time to fully inspect the vehicle. Equipped with my fine tooth comb, I thoroughly went over the exterior and interior of the car and could not find anything that had been overlooked. The car was immaculate. Steve introduced me to the body shop manager, Tom Schauer who reassured me that if I did detect a flaw on/in the vehicle, that he and his staff would gladly remedy the problem. Next came the painstakingly, exhaustive paperwork associated with a new car purchase. Again, I was pleasantly surprise. Everything was fully explained by Steve and Andy. The entire process was quickly expedited. Prior to concluding this transaction, Steve thoroughly explained all of the functions of my new vehicle. My experience with Kachina Cadillac assured me I made the right decision in purchasing a new vehicle from them. I am now a confident and proud owner of a CTS. I am completely satisfied with all aspects of this car buying experience. I hope this novel will help anyone in their decision when considering purchasing and doing business with Kachina Cadillac. Cadillac is a classy vehicle and the personnel at Kachina Cadillac simply reflect the class, pride and professionalism associated with this namesake. More
I was looking to replace my Lexus SC430 with an SUV. After driving several of the mid-sized SUVs on the market, I setteled on the Cadillac SRX. My local deal (Kachina Cadillac) in Scottsdale, AZ had a good selection of the 2012 and the sales guys were great. Very friendly and helpful. They really knew thier products and could answer all my questions without having to run and check with someone else. When It came time to purchase, I wanted to trade in my lexus SC430 and they were able to come to the table with a fair trade in price right away. As for the SRX I wanted, they had one at another one of their locations and was able to transfer it quickly. All in all, it was a quick and friendly trip to pick up my new Cadillac SRX. I like the people at the dealship and would gladdly recommend them to friends. More
Great service. I had been shopping for a new car for my wife since about August and had dealt with Roberto over the phone back then when we were first interested. He did a great job following up with me periodically to keep me informed of the newest specials as they came out and lease offers, etc. Fast forward to November, we were ready to get the ball rolling and i emailed Roberto because of his great follow up through the months. We picked out our car with Roberto over the phone and email before we even came into the dealership. We were able to handle all the upfront items before we even went to see Roberto at the showroom. Everything was handled very professionally and this was the easiest transaction I've had with buying a car. I would highly recommend them. None of the usual banter back and forth or haggling on the car. We got a fair price and exactly what we wanted for my wife's new car. She's happy, and I'm happy. He even blanketed her new car under a Cadillac blanket so he could unveil it when she came in. Classy all the way through. Thanks Roberto!! Awesome experience! More
Roberto Saenz was welcoming and very personable from the first moment he shook my hand. I had the sense that I was a guest in his own home; it just happened to be the place where he worked, where he helped first moment he shook my hand. I didn't feel that I was in a dealership that "needed" to sell cars to people, and I never felt pressured or "sold." I was a guest invited in - invited to to come back and visit whenever I reached the next step, and invited to call him on the phone to ask any question that I had. One thing I noticed each time I was at your dealership; it was a very tangible sense that the people that were there either looking at cars, or waiting for the service to be completed on their car were very relaxed an not stressed at all. Everywhere I went it was just people talking to people, not salesman talking to potential "buyers." I notice more than most how people interact with each other, having worked in the field of mental health; I ran Family Therapy Weeks where I had to know what was happening between people, and get to know it fast. From the girls who were at the reception desk who both helped me with information when I needed it, to Jorge who helped Roberto (whose job I don't know) get the car prepped just before I drove the car of the lot, to the guy who helped me get a keyring at the service desk, to the guy who helped Roberto & I get a Golf Cap; it was, all in all, a great PERSONAL experience. Larry Donahue even stopped by on occasion just to chat. Of course, Andy Ochoa was a big part of the process finding the right financing for me; he made me feel relaxed and comfortable through the financing process. Kachina Cadillac, and especially sales representatives Roberto Saenz and Andy Ocha, together, represent the pinnacle of customer satisfaction and the idea of a "full-circle" purchase experience. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, I strongly recommend you pay them a visit and enjoy the experience as I have recently been treated to, with the purchase of my new 2012 Cadillac CTS-V. The moment I walked into Kachina's showroom floor, I was greeted by the staff, and shortly after, sales representative Roberto Saenz was available to discuss my aforementioned purchase. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle I would later purchase. An aeronautical engineer myself, you can imagine the plethora of questions I had for him and his product, the CTS-V. Roberto promptly answered my questions in confidence, and I departed from the first portion of my "full-circle" experience, on to the purchase aspect, all the while having my salesmen sharing my excitement over potentially making the purchase. The next stage of financing the vehicle was extraordinary. My eventual purchase involved two trade-in vehicles, of which I was given top dollar for as trade in value, a small down payment as personally desired to off set the financed amount, and Roberto spending two days exhausting all available lenders, all in effort to get me the best possible interest rate available. This was the most impressive portion of my experience, as it became apparent to me that they didn't just want to sell me a vehicle, Roberto remembered what my budget was for the vehicle per month, and relentlessly sought financing options that met my financial requirement. Most any sales rep can "just find a lender" from prior experience, however it was in Roberto's, and also Andy's interest, to have my best interests at heart too, and therefore met my budget, with the very best interest rate I could obtain. Needless to say I received an awesome deal on a beautiful, powerful, and luxurious car that the Cadillac brand has lived up to for many decades and I truly believe it takes staff such as Roberto and Andy, to maintain Cadillac as the premier American luxury automobile. Lastly, How often have you been introduced to your potential service representative upon conclusion of your purchase? Personally....never! This further proved to me that, even post sale of the vehicle, they stand behind their products at this dealership and will support you not just in the sale of the vehicle, but also the service of your vehicle as well. This is what the car buying process should be, all encompassing.....Full-Circle. More
