Mr. Chuck, My Saab hat is off to you. Thank You for your persistence. I have been searching for a new 2011 SAAB 94x for the last six weeks. During the Christmas week break, I stop into Kachina Cadillac Hu persistence. I have been searching for a new 2011 SAAB 94x for the last six weeks. During the Christmas week break, I stop into Kachina Cadillac Hummer Saab and Mr. Chuck met me at my car after I pulled in. I informed him I was looking for a 2012 SAAB 94x, in Gold, White or Silver, with a light color interior (An AZ Car). Chuck advised me that the SAAB Co. may not have a 2012 edition, because they just entered Chapter 13 protection (bankrupted); that alone ruined my Christmas week. But he informed me that he had two models in inventory. A loaded white SAAB 94x for approx $44K; it was beautiful, but it had STUFF that I didn't need or want, especially a black interior. So, he said well now, how about a Silver one with light gray interior. As soon as I saw it, I knew I had found my new car. The base auto with all the options I wanted came to a tad over $37K. We dickered a little, and the base price came to $34K and a little. Next, the Financial Manager, Ed Barowsky stepped into the picture, we talked a little more concerning long term value of the vehicle that is in Chapt 13...and Mr. Ed was gracious enough to offer me a reasonable price of $32,001.00. I informed them that I needed to work on my finances to carry that hefty price. I returned on new years day, expecting the car to be gone...but there it sat. I talk a little more...and I had an unofficial offer of $31.5K but my personal money issues still persisted. Ten days later Mr. Chuck called me and ask me to give him a price to work with. I advised him that I was planning to purchase a new 2012 GMC Terrain for $26.3K on Tuesday Jan 10th. Chuck said wait one day, I'll call you tomorrow. Today, Tuesday 10 Jan 2012, I stopped in to the dealership to let Chuck now that, I'm going to buy the Terrain, when I get home. He asked for my final drop dead price...I gave him 29(+)K, five minutes the Senior Kachina Manager walked in...he spoke to the team in private for about 2 minutes; and the next thing I knew the Finance Mgr Mr. Ed walked up to me with a piece of paper...and Bingo I'm driving my new SAAB tonight. Oh...yea...the price, well I didn't get exactly what I wanted...but I can honestly say there wasn't any three's in the final out the door Kachina Offer. Believe it or not...everyone was reasonably happy when I departed out of the driveway. Again My SAAB hat is off to Mr. Chuck and Mr. Ed. for a wonderful buying experience. I'll be happy to recommend these two gentlemen to my car buying friends. Again, Thank you Fellas...and I'll be back again, and again...Just to get another free meal at the Old Family Buffet...They treated me to a great meal...while they prepped the car for delivery. Ya might say...they wine me and dine me...just to get a sale. What a Great Bunch of People...and James in Service...I'll see you in a couple of months for my first oil change...I hear that's going to be free too. Man oh man, what dealer, or should I say what a dealership...KACHINA Cadillac Hummer Saab. Wow...I'll say almost anything to get a free hat...to go with my new SAAB. Happy New Year...well it will be for me. More

After looking at 5 different dealerships, I decided to buy at Kachina. From the moment we arrived, everyone we dealt with was very friendly, outgoing, and helpful. The atmosphere was very laid back and personable - a nice change of pace from other dealerships. Our salesman David immediately went to work for us, going back and forth with his manager until we could get to a purchase price we both agreed upon. Unlike most dealerships, this process didn't take hours and include negative attitudes and numerous "no's". Everyone was straight forward with the financing options and we got to the bottom line quickly. David continued with the great customer service by assuring me the additional items I requested for the vehicle would be replaced and brand new. As my new vehicle was being detailed, we were introduced to Ed who helped us with the financial part of the sale. Ed was quick and to the point and didn't push unnecessary extras on me, unlike other dealerships. It was the easiest it has ever been to buy a car! The car came back in mint condition and we were given the name of a great technician who would be able to help us with additional service for the vehicle. I left feeling great about my new purchase (which is not usually the case when buying cars) and would highly recommend David and Ed at Kachina to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More
I landed at Kachina Cadillac through the Costco Auto program & had not only a great experience but am now the proud owner of the exact CTS that I wanted. In these days of internet and being able to choose not only the car but the packages that are available I had immediate response to my online inquiry from this dealer. I then went over on a Sunday afternoon, did a test drive with Chuck, looked at diferent color & upgrade options, and the car I wanted was not in AZ but they would have to get it sent from TX! Both Ed Barowsky & Chuck Witthaus went out of their way to answer all my questions and give me all the information I needed to make a final decision. I picked up my car last week and was given a detailed run through of all the bells & whistles, and aswers to all my questions It is truly a fantastic vehicle but I cannot say enough about the customer service at Kachina.....something we don't see enough of these days. The entire staff were professional, courteous, and really went the extra steps it took to make what was a negative experience in the past a very positive & pleasant one. I recently had malicious damage to the hood of my car. The personnel at Kachina were able to buff out the damage completely. The friendliness, concern, and skill of the personnel were astonishing. I checked out other dealers in the Arizona area that sold similar classes of cars as the Cadillac Escalade. KACHINA Cadillac had a large selection of the Escalade models that I was looking for. KACHINA Cadillac had the best price, and were willing to deal with the damaged Navagator reducing the stress of the accident. They changed the second row seating from bucket to bench type from another car. On a trip to Californa I had road hazard damage to a tire, I called KACHINA Cadillac and they told me to bring the car in. After inspection of the tire they covered it under their warranty. KACHINA Cadillac made me feel that I was an important customer to them, giving me good and prompt service. I plan to purchase my future Cadillacs from KACHINA Cadillac. My husband previously went to another Cadillac dealer to lease a 2012 Cadillac CTS Coupe and he was told that he couldn't lease this vehicle without a down payment and there were no incentives available, so lease a 2012 Cadillac CTS Coupe and he was told that he couldn't lease this vehicle without a down payment and there were no incentives available, so he put down a $1000 down payment and was told that they would have to find the vehicle that we wanted and it would take sometime..in the meantime the next day he received an email from Kachina Cadillac that they had an offer for no $$ down for a 3 year lease on the Cadillac CTS Coupe. He immediately contacted Roberto Saenz and asked about this offer, he then insured him that he could get this vehicle without any $$ down and at a price that was in our range, he also stated that we would be able to get our $1000 down payment returned. Since our lease was up the 21st of December and the bank wouldn't let us out of the lease for the last month, he worked out a deal for us to have a CTS Coupe on loan til the vehicle we wanted was found which took approx 10days and also paid our last mo lease. Roberto Saenz has been very informative and helpful during this whole process, he kept us informed practically every day to let us know the status of our vehicle. When we picked up the vehicle 12/8/11 we were treated like VIP's in every respect by everyone at this dealership and when Roberto found out that this was my husband's birthday he then gave him a gift card. Have never been treated like this from any dealer since we have been leasing cars for the past 10yrs from Cadillac we will never go to another dealer without seeing Kachina first. He was able to email me everything I asked for. I had the vehicle picked out before I even went to the dealership. When we arrived my husband was not sold. He allowed us to test driver the smaller vehicle for a couple of days. Thats all it took to sell my husband on the Escalade. The other vehicle was too small for our large sons. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and friendly. We did not feel pressured at all. They did everything that they said they would do and we drove away feeling that we had a great experience. We would stongly recommed this dealership to anyone looking for another vehicle. Roberto was an outstanding salesman. I look forward to working with him in the future. More
