We were looking for a 2012 SRX with luxury trim black on black. I contacted this dealer as the Cadillac website indicated they had a vehicle available. When I spoke with Andy the sales director regarding the lease price he was able to offer a price that was within our budget so we decided to take a look at the vehicle. When we arrived we were greeted by Joey Matos who made us feel special and important from the moment we walked in the door. He showed us the vehicle and explained the numerous features of the SRX. Once we made the decision to purchase it got even better as Andy was able to finalize a lease price that came in under our budget, amazing! They detailed the car, Joey got us set up with Onstar and we were off. In addition they took our rental car back to the airport. For future service needs they offered to pick up and return the car from our residence. Overall a great customer experience. More
First and foremost, I want to give a huge "Thank You" to Shaun Fox, Sam Wilcox, Mark Savoy, and James Robb. Over the period of owning my 2010 Cadillac Escalade and 2011 CTS-V Coupe, the service work You" to Shaun Fox, Sam Wilcox, Mark Savoy, and James Robb. Over the period of owning my 2010 Cadillac Escalade and 2011 CTS-V Coupe, the service work that has been performed has been top notch, professional and phenomenal. Sam Wilcox and James Robb as service advisers have been great! The communication and follow up on the work performed have been fulfilled to success each and every time these cars come in. Would highly recommend anyone to visit these two service advisers. Shaun Fox is an excellent and very professional/knowledgeable customs/upgrades and parts manager. He has the answers to almost everything and there is nothing that he can't get done to these cars. Everything he has said that can be done and will do has been completed to my 100% full satisfaction. Highly recommend anyone in the state of Arizona that is looking to do anything to a Cadillac (or for that fact any car) to bring it to Shaun and Kachina Cadillac. Mark Savoy (I hope I am spelling the last name correctly) is by far one of the BEST mechanics I have ever had the experience in dealing with. Like King Midas, any car he touches is like brand new. My wife's Escalade is running like a champ, in fact, even better than when we bought it. My car is a beast and runs so smooth yet powerful. This car is truly a beauty when purchased stock, but after the recommended additions from Shaun and Mark is now one to be reckoned with on the streets of AZ. All in all, I am completely satisfied with this dealership and the fine personnel they employee. No other dealership in my opinion can compete. In fact, in addition to this rating, I plan on writing directly to Cadillac to express to them my complete satisfaction with Kachina and the service staff. We had a problems with our navigation system not retaining information. Roberta was very knowlege and training us on features we were not using. Just a note to say that I enjoyed my visit with Tony and he did his best to get me exactly what I was looking for in a used vehicle. There was a little hassle over the amount I was willing to pay but the ca he did his best to get me exactly what I was looking for in a used vehicle. Tony spent alot of time with us. If he didn't have the answers to some of our questions, he got help from others in the dealership. He was very helpful. I told Roberto I was interested but prbably wouldn't be in the market until Dec./Jan. I looked again in December on the internet and sure enough Roberto called and remembered me even where I went on vacation. Again Roberto was super friendly and got me the gorgoues Cadillac Escalade i always dreamed of. Roberto then came to MY HOUSE and showed me everything on my car and how to use it. Roberto and your great team there at Katchina Cadillac made it the easiest, fastested buying car experience I have ever had!!! All of the people I worked with (Carlos and Roberto) were friendly and answered all of my questions. My vehicle was delivered spotless and full of gas. Carlos and Roberto went over all of the vehicle features with me and I was comfortable operating the vehicle by the time I drove away. I was comparing multiple vehicles and I came to the dealership multiple times. I did not make appointments or let anyone know when I would be coming back, so I ended up talking to one set of people on the first visit and another set on the next visit. I realize this can't be helped and I was not willing to come back when the original people were there. Because of this I believe some statements about pricing did not follow from one visit to the next. Overall I believe I got a fair price, but I'm certain with some patience I could have done better. In addition, I assumed my selection was limited to the stock on hand, but after I had made my purchase I discovered the same people own multiple dealerships in the Phoenix area and I could have chosen from a wider selection. The financing could not have been any easier. One regret is that I hurried into the purchase and within days of making the purchase I was receiving e-mails about better financing terms than what I got. I can't say for sure if the people I was working withy knew about these upcoming financing programs, but I certainly could have done better with financing had I waited just a week to make my purchase. This is the second vehicle I purchased from Kachina and I'm quite happy with it. I've used their service department many times with consistent excellent service. I would certainly recommend Kachina to anyone looking for a Cadillac. I would just hope people realize that they have access to many more vehicles than what you can see on their lot. Also, be sure to ask about upcoming promotions because once you get on their e-mail list you will see them all. More
