The Team at Kachina Cadillac was great. My wife and I traded in a BMW on a new Escalade, which we needed delivered out of state since we live in Oregon. They also helped us with some work we needed to have done on both an older Escalade we had driven to Arizona and on the new one we purchased from Kachina. Esther Jordan and the service team expeditiously handled the swaps and changes we needed for both Escalades and allowed us to get on the road back to our home in Oregon on schedule. I walked in to Kachina looking for a car, Carlos came up to me i told him what i was looking for he was very friendly, and was knowledgeable about the car i was looking for the CTS. I have been dealing with Coulter Cadillac for twenty six years. this last time was NOT a good time. so I said to my partner , lets just stop @ Kachina and see if there is anything we are looking for.
