In mid Dec. 2023 my XT5 Cadillac gave me a notice about the engine light. Something with the engine was not functioning. I immediately went to Earhardt Chandl 2023 my XT5 Cadillac gave me a notice about the engine light. Something with the engine was not functioning. I immediately went to Earhardt Chandler Cadillac and they said it was my thermostat. The bad of this was that they did not have the parts and that several cars needed the same, but they offered a rental car. I said no since I was not about to harm the engine due to the colder weather. So I drove it and the thermostat I think was working again since the message stopped showing up and my aircon seemed to work. Teed about GM not having parts for apparently a big problem area. I was still stressed and a month later I stopped in to get it fixed. Dealt with Paul Kirwan and he checked for part the parts and service availability. They had 1 thermostat. Yeah! A nice young man drove me home , Jan.17, 2024 with my car since I had groceries in it. I picked it up the next day and thanked Paul Kirwan for greatly relieving my stress. More

Earnhardt Cadillac has NEVER let me down. Friday night, around 8pm, I was going to use my car and it wouldn't start. I called Earnhardt Service Center on Saturday right at 8am. Aaron, Friday night, around 8pm, I was going to use my car and it wouldn't start. I called Earnhardt Service Center on Saturday right at 8am. Aaron, listened and advised me to call the Cadillac Road Assistance number. Aaron said the battery was good, they'd squeeze me in to get me help. I did and they made arrangements for a repair service. Within 10 minutes I had a text letting me know there was someone on the way. The constant text messages kept me informed and confident they would be one the way. Within 20 minutes I had a repair service man, who gave my battery a jump start and let me know the alternator was fine but I needed a new battery. The gentleman was friendly, experienced, and very helpful I called Earnhardt and let them know I was on the way. Once I got there, Aaron immediately got me in and within 45 minutes my car had a new battery, with a 3-year warranty! My car was fixed and ready. I am SO happy with Earnhardt Cadillac Service Department!! Thank you Aaron, Penny E More
