We were very happy with our buying experience at Kachina. We were greeted by Chuck Witthaus in a very friendly and professional manner. The entire process of buying the car was handled expeditiously. Chuck was very knowledgeable about all the procedures. He explained all the great features of the car and demonstated how to use them. We felt comfortable in driving the car for the first time from the dealer to our home. To make our visit even more comfortable, we were offered food and beverages. The paaperwork for the car license was easiily taken care of by Ed and we were even able to get the personalized plate that we wanted. Ed and Chuck work very well as a team and both appear to be very concerned with taking care of all the customers car needs. We were also pleased with the gift of a pen and key fob from Chuck. All-in-all we found the time spent at the dealership to be a very good experience. That is not always the case when purchasing a car. Everyone we encountered was friendly and concerned about our well-being. When we need a new car, we know exactly where we will be heading. More

Our interaction with Chuck was probably the most enjoyable new car sales experience my wife and I have ever had. He presented essential vehicle information, accompanied us on an informative test drive, and answered all questions impressively regarding the SRX, our vehicle of choice. Enhancing this most pleasant experience at Kachina Cadillac was also working with Ed Barowsky the General Sales Manager. Ed, too, was most professional and knowledgeable. His pricing calculations, explanation of our various purchase and/or lease options, and his presentation skills were comprehensive and yet succinct. His friendly, no-pressure approach was refreshing and unlike most of our other dealership experiences over the past 40 plus year. We certainly look forward to working with Kachina Cadillac in the future, as we continue in our quest for our new vehicle. We will recommend Chuck and Ed to our family, friends, and colleagues. After years of very positive experiences with the maintenence department at Kachina Cadillac, I decided to pursue a purchase on a brand new Cadillac CTS. I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed by having an equally satisfying experience with the sales department. Mr. Charles Witthaus was very eager at finding the right car that more than matched all of my desires, and at a price that was incredibly fair. He was very patient with me and explained all of my options. The entire process was was really great, and Charles was right there the entire time answering all of my questions. He was very helpful, and in the end I completed my trade-in and new car purchase. The trade-in value for my car was very fair as well, something that is nice to see from a high-end dealership. I highly recommend Kachina to anyone that is seeking a new car purchase. More

This was the most direct, quickest transaction that I have ever experienced dealing with a car dealership..there was not the normal back and forth crap..i initially dealt with andy about what i wanted to have ever experienced dealing with a car dealership..there was not the normal back and forth crap..i initially dealt with andy about what i wanted to pay a month and how much i wanted to put down..we left and after a couple of days figuring it out, we came to an agreement..when we went in to pick up the vehicle, joey matos assisted us with delivering the vehicle..he was extremely knowledgable and very helpful with explaining the vehicle...we were in a hurry and he told us to come back any time and he would finish explaining...i will reccommend your dealership More

I took my 2009 Hummer (purchased at Kachina) in for repair on Thursday. I always work with James Somers since he so incredibly helpful and accommodating. James took my Hummer right in and arranged for a rental car. As usual, James was dead on with what he thought was needed and had the repairs done right...the first time! When he called to let me know my Hummer was ready to go today, James told me not to bother returning my rental car back to Enterprise. He told me to simply drop it off at Kachina and he would get the rental back to Enterprise himself. This type of attitude and customer service is commonplace with James. He has taken care of my past two Hummers over the years and continually surprises me with his accommodating personality. Kachina is lucky to have James Somers. I'd love to snatch him away from you so he could manage my Kawasaki Motorcycle Dealership's service center. Employees with such loyalty and customer service skills are impossible to find these days. Despite several generous offers of employment, James turns me down each time by commenting how much he truly enjoys his job at Kachina. I will get him someday as I don't give up easily! More
