My husband and I came in to the dealership the day before Thanksgiving and by far had the best car buying experience we've had in a long time. Approval was assured by the time we walked out the door. As I said before, it was the evening before Thanksgiving but everyone at the dealership treated us like it was any other day. We didn't feel hurried through the financing process. The final walk through of all the features on the car was done in a patient manner, Tobey treated us as though he had all the time in the world to go over every inch of our new car. I would certainly return to this dealer for future purchases and even though I haven't had a need for service yet have every confidence that my experience there will be pleasant as well.
