I dealt with Steve Rogan and the general manager John on the lease of a 2011 Cadillac SRX. I had received price information from other area Cadillac dealers for a base model. Incredibly, Steve and the gen the lease of a 2011 Cadillac SRX. I had received price information from other area Cadillac dealers for a base model. Incredibly, Steve and the general sales manager (John) were able to not only beat the price on the base model but also move me into a higher priced model for less. In addition, Legends Cadillac handled the drop off of a leased car that I was driving at the time in exchange for the new lease on the SRX. They also took back a loaner car from another dealership. My husband and I came in to the dealership the day before Thanksgiving and by far had the best car buying experience we've had in a long time. Tobey was very informative about the cars, there was no pushine Thanksgiving and by far had the best car buying experience we've had in a long time. Tobey was very informative about the cars, there was no pushiness on anyone's part regarding trade in, overall price, down payments, nothing like that. Approval was assured by the time we walked out the door. As I said before, it was the evening before Thanksgiving but everyone at the dealership treated us like it was any other day. We didn't feel hurried through the financing process. The final walk through of all the features on the car was done in a patient manner, Tobey treated us as though he had all the time in the world to go over every inch of our new car. I would certainly return to this dealer for future purchases and even though I haven't had a need for service yet have every confidence that my experience there will be pleasant as well.
