I am having a very uncommon problem with my airbag. It has required a couple visits to figure out. My service adviser Armand Slason has worked closely with me as he and the service technicians are trouble has required a couple visits to figure out. As of now I am back in my vehicle and not sure if it will require another visit. My experience in the past with other service departments when having to return for service on the same problem has been less than desirable and I often felt they just wanted me to go away. Not the case with the service department at Legends Cadillac. Armand represents the dealership with such integrity I can feel the commitment and responsibility Legends has to the customer to get it right no matter what. It is easy to write a favorable review when all goes well and I hope I'm done until the next oil change but this is one place everybody needs to know about. We came into the Legends dealership looking for a used Cadillac XLR. As soon as we entered the lot, we were greeted by Charlie. Charlie was most helpful and very knowledgable about the cars on the lot an Cadillac XLR. As soon as we entered the lot, we were greeted by Charlie. Charlie accommodated us to take it for a test drive after reviewing with us the features of the car and operation, he even put the top down for us. When we returned from our test drive, Charlie was there to greet us again, and we went right in and started talking about the car pricing and asked about what kind of payment plan we would like to see. We told him our needs and he went to the finance Mgr. Michael who was able to work diligently with a bank that would be able to finance the car for us even though we had marginal credit. The staff was all very friendly and helpful through out our buying experience, and i would highly recommend the Legends dealership to all of my friends and family. If we purchase another Cadillac, Hummer or Saab we will be purchasing from the Legends dealership. Our overall rating was the best buying experience we have had in over 30 years.
