We were greeted by Charlie Westergreen and he made it very easy to select a car and was very knowledgable with the Escalade. We had a apt. to get to so he did the research and called us. Since Saturn ceased to exist, I've been taking my Saturn Vue Hybrid to Legends Cadillac for service. I thought I/my vehicle might not be welcome at such a high-end dealership/service center, but I was comp Vue Hybrid to Legends Cadillac for service. I thought I/my vehicle might not be welcome at such a high-end dealership/service center, but I was completely wrong. Not only was I made to feel very welcome, both I and my vehicle have been superbly taken care of by Armand and the service techs, so much so that my frustration with GM for letting Saturn dissolve grows less and less each time my car is serviced. Thanks to the Legends staff, I will not take my car anywhere else for service and who knows, maybe I'll upgrade to a Cadillac someday! More

Armand went above and beyond at my recent appointment to replace my lift gate motor and GPS/DVD/Radio. He calls to keep me updated and follows up after to make sure everything is okay.
