My Cadillac XLR was running hot and I was near Legends so I stopped by. It was after 5:30 pm, so I realized I was in a bind. Mike was the service manager and helped me out. There was no way that anyone coul I stopped by. It was after 5:30 pm, so I realized I was in a bind. Mike was the service manager and helped me out. There was no way that anyone could look at my car and tell the problem, so Mike told me to park it since driving it would do further damage. I didn't have a ride to pick me up and I was calling a cab. Mike volunteered to drive me home due to the circumstances. I offered payment and he would not take it. I really appreciate that from him. I deal with JD who is the service manager there and he is an awesome guy. Great Car + Great Price + Great Service = no brainer to buy another one! So I went and bought 2011 Cadillac SRX loaded. JD connected me with Tom MALLIN and he provided outstanding sales consultation and put me in the new SRX. The sales process was smooth and the financing process was even smoother.
