Ozzy was wonderful to work with. We had settled on another make and model (at another dealer) but thought we would check out a Cadillac, really just to cross it off the list. But Ozzy took the time in a very non-pushy manner to explain the features, encourage us to take a test drive, and even discussed sales price. This subtle approach kept us engaged and really began thinking that maybe a Caddilac was right for us. We came back the next day to look at colors and test drive it again in the daylight and we were hooked. Ozzy was very accommodating, getting us the car fitting our desires from another dealer, getting it cleaned up and ready to go, making that final decision for us very easy. Well done! More
