Armand and the team at Legend's Cadillac/ Hummer did another absolutely crack'in job on my '06 Hummer. The car runs spot on. It's perfect. I very much value my relationship with Armand. I have a 2010 Saab 9-3 which I purchased in March of 2011 brand new. I have taken the vehicle into the Legends service center a few times for various repairs, from a fuel pump recall notice, to a defective d brand new. I have taken the vehicle into the Legends service center a few times for various repairs, from a fuel pump recall notice, to a defective driver side mirror, to routine maintenance under the service schedule. Each time I have visited the service department I have worked with Luke Morris. My first mishap with the quality of work the service department performed was in regard to the driver side mirror they replaced on my car. The mirror would shake if driving at higher speeds, on for example a highway, because of this any light reflecting in the mirror at night would appear to flicker, obviously annoying to someone driving. Luke Morris explained that the mirror would need to be replaced under warranty. When I picked up the car I noticed the new mirror they fitted onto my car was smaller than the original mirror that was on the car, so small that you can see some of the internal components behind the mirror when you’re sitting in the driver seat. I question why the service technician or service manager could not see this apparent size issue and realize that the part may be defective (in size) or the wrong part all together. Nevertheless I was told the mirror had been replaced and only after I voiced concern over the way the new mirror looked did anyone take notice, so now it’s November, 2011 and I’m still waiting to hear from Luke Morris and the service department regarding a replacement mirror for the one they already replaced. Second incident, my Saab has a maintenance free warranty, which includes complimentary oil changes and tire rotations for 3yrs or 36k miles, whichever comes first. I took the vehicle in for its first oil change a few months after I bought it according to the service interval schedule. All they did was change the oil, that’s it. No tire rotations were preformed which is specified in the service manual during this particular service interval. I asked Luke if a tire rotation had been performed, he told me it had, which I knew he was not communicating the truth to me, because it was apparent by visually checking the tires that one had not been. Third incident, my car had to be serviced for its brakes, I took it in, I had Legends service department preformed the service. When I picked the car up I noticed the front tires had different looking lug nuts on them than the rear tires. I had to drive all the way back to dealership the next day because the technician forgot to place the lug nut covers back on my tires when he was working on the car. It’s issues like this that inconvenience the customer, if people would perform their work with more attention to detail these incidents could be avoided. I feel like each time I go in that I’m rushed through and not taken seriously enough. It’s obviously apparent with the Mickey Mouse repair I received on my mirror that’s under warranty and the forgetfulness on other routine service visits. More

I have owned many cars in my lifetime and have worked with many service advisors, but Armand is the best. Always courteous and informative, but most of all he strives to exceed my expectations. For examp with many service advisors, but Armand is the best. Always courteous and informative, but most of all he strives to exceed my expectations. For example, the last service I asked him to find a crazy rattle in the back of my Escalade that has been very annoying. I had searched over and over again trying to fix it myself but unable to locate it. He went above and beyond not only fixing that rattle but several others that I had just come to accept. I have purchased my last 10 cars from Legends and Armand is one of the Big reasons I keep coming back. I am confident in recommending him to my most loyal friends and clients. More

Where do I begin to describe the outstanding qualities of Armand Slason and Legends Cadillac!! My father and I have been clients of Legends Cadillac for more years than I can remember and also have other GM Armand Slason and Legends Cadillac!! Armand has been my advisor for all these years and is the most wonderful service advisor I have EVER had. He is always ready to accommodate all my service issues and does so in the most prompt, courteous and efficient manner. Armand truly knows the meaning of customer service, he's just a natural and you never feel like you are being taken care of by someone who is just doing their job. Armand goes out of his way to make things happen and takes the best possible care of me each time I am in for a visit. He makes getting your car serviced a real pleasure as do all the friendly people at Legends. Thank you Armand and Legends for being the absolute BEST!! More
I have taken my H3 to Legends since I bought it there over 5 years ago. I have had Armand Slason help me every time my truck needed something and am so very happy I did!! I completely trust him and honestly, when my warranty ran out I was going to go somewhere else to fix my last issue but I just couldn't as I know Armand will do the best job at the best price. Basically I will go no where else for service. I am thinking of buying another vehicle in the next year and will definitely be looking at Legends first. Mr Slason is very friendly and gets the job done I appreciated how he was able to fit my Hummer in to do the repairs on it that morning after just bringing it in for Oil change and fluid change he fo appreciated how he was able to fit my Hummer in to do the repairs on it that morning after just bringing it in for Oil change and fluid change he found some other major problems on it and Thank god I took out the extra warrenty on it because it was all covered except my deductable. I was very pleased with the service got the job done in a timely manner. Thank You Legend Cadillac.. Would also like to mention Julie my sales rep that sold me the car anytime she sees me in there she always makes a point to come over and make sure everything is alright with my vehicle and takes the time to chat with me love her.
