By far the finest dealership I have ever worked with which is saying a lot as BMW Northwest is very good but does not holde a candle to Legend. I purchased a 2011 CTS-V from Legend. Stan Powell was my sales rep. Overall very pleased with customer service. The thing I noticed right away was regardless of the car you are buying you can expect the sam sales rep. Overall very pleased with customer service. The thing I noticed right away was regardless of the car you are buying you can expect the same great Customer Service whether buying a 120K or 30K car expect to be treated right. They were willing to work with me on pricing and their Finance department completely destroyed the rate my bank gave me. So that was a nice surprise. Overall I would certainly buy another vehicle from Legend and I can recommend Stan Powell as a competent and attentive salesman. Just be aware of the paper handling fee, I found the amount excessive and was the only negative part of the entire buying process. I really hope their vehicle service department is just as good as the sales team. More

A lot of people write things like "I highly recommend (insert sales rep here)", but that doesn't answer anything for me and it sometimes sounds generic. I would like to write something very real for you, the car buying public. At the end of the day, most of us do NOT know the exact process involved in the financing of a vehicle, so we have no choice but to trust our sales rep, and the word of other car buyers. Did I get the best deal on my Cadillac?? I'm not sure, probably not! Did I walk away happy? Yes, I did. It's possible that I paid $20, $30, even $50 more per month than someone else, but I do feel pretty good about my purchase, which goes a long way. I also feel good about coming back to them if I ever need help, and that is very valuable to me. I would have also liked to have been given a fair "heads-up" that my insurance quote would go up dramatically, but maybe it's my own fault for not inquiring before my purchase. Overall, I say 9/10.
