That is saying a lot since I have purchased at least 30 or more cars in my lifetime. He answered every question I had and the ones he did not know he made sure his General Sales Manager addressed them for me. Reid took the time to show me all the options available & I never felt rushed during the process. I was so impressed with Reid I even named my Cadillac SRX after him!! If you are looking to buy a new car at this dealership I highly recommend to request him as your salesperson. This dealership treats you like you are the only customer they have when in fact they are the most well known & respected dealership in Arizona with many customers, I look forward to having my car serviced here. Overall, the experience ranked as one of the best my wife and I have ever had. From the onset, we were greeted by Rick and immediately asked to see a used vehicle. Upon completion of the test drive Rick asked us to submit an offer which was accepted in a relatively short period of time. As we met with Larry the financing we had secured prior to going to the dealer had issues. Larry offered a few suggestions which Paul also agreed with. We initially signed the contract and asked if we could come back in a few days to finalize the sale without and issues. We were very impressed with the customer service of all three individuals throughout the used car buying process. Generally, during our used car shopping experience we were not impressed with the other dealers; however, Legends was a much different story. We were treated as if we were purchasing one of the more expensive vehicles on the lot when in fact we probably purchased one of less expensive vehicles they had. I would recommend used and new car buyers to at least meet the high quality staff at Legends for a shot at earning your business. Our buying experience of a new Cadillac SRX at Legends was about as good as it gets. We have bought 8 cars over the last 20+ years and know good service when we see it. We went to Legends to BEGIN our shopping process for a new luxury mid-size SUV and walked off the lot owning one. We had planned to go see the Audi, Infiniti, BMW and other options on this same evening but were so pleased with the total package and environment at Legends that we decided we did not need to look further. Derek Spady was our sales representative. Although he is a young man, he was knowledgeable and hit exactly the right note with us: helpful and informative without pushing too hard. He has a bright career in front of him. The Sales Manager, Paul Glans, was top-notch--classy, informative, helpful and low-key. The same goes for the Finance Manager, Larry Nichols. These professionals clearly take pride in their product and want to build a relationship with their clients. They are proud of their service department and emphasized it to us several times--which is a big plus from our perspective and helped us make the decision. Also, the financing and leasing options are very attractive. We ended up buying our vehicle because we plan to own it a long time; but we were definitely pleased to have several good financial structures to consider. Oh, and the Cadillac SRX--amazing!
