This was my first experience dealing with a Cadillac purchase. I didn't realize how different the experience would be from the several Toyotas, Mazdas, etc I had purchased or leased in the past, but I purchase. We made our first visit to Cadillac yesterday just to look at their SUVs which we had heard good things about but had never driven. Derek was our sales consultant. He made us a very fair deal and delivered the car to my house where he spent about 2 hours setting the car up and explaining everything to me. Very good experience overall. Probably my best car buying experience ever. I would recommend Cadillac, Legends and Derek specificaly. I may look at buying another Cadillac for me sometime this year. Kep up the good work Legends. During the process, Jim took the time to introduce me to the members of the Legends team that I would be working with including Andrea at the front desk, the guys doing the credit checks and financial paperwork, and the service department. While Jim was busy finalizing all the details and making sure the car was made ready, he introduced me to Don -- who talked with me about some of the features he liked about the Cadillac SRX I had purchased and answered any additional questions I had.
