I can't say enough about how willing to work with me the sales reps (Derek first, than later JP) and sales manager (Tobey) were. On my first visit I did not find the car for me. Many days later I had almost given up hope of finding that "lightning in a bottle" deal I was trying to patiently wait for - then JP called me about a "gorgeous" trade in with low mileage and I couldn't get to the dealership fast enough. I'm excited to be taking my "new" Cadillac CTS home today after an auxilliary cable has been added at my request and the standard 4-hr detail has been performed. These guys are awesome, many props and thanks to them, especially PJ for following up! Additional Note: I honestly thought I hated Cadillacs before they had me test drive an STS-V. Originally I stopped in out of curiosity when I saw the old Saab sign street-side. Now I own a Cadillac. These guys are good. More

When we made the decision to act, we did not hesitate to return to Legends. Don explained everything about the process to us, buy vs. lease, and let us make our decision. He introduced us to Paul Glans (who had on a beautiful purple tie) and Paul made us feel at home in the dealership. Once we decided to look at pricing, Paul put together some numbers and with the help of Anthony Hermann we were able to negotiate a price and terms that we were comfortable with. In the 17 years that we have lived in Phoenix we have purchased quite a few vehicles. I can honestly say that I have never had such a pleasant experience in a dealership as I had with Legends. This was awesome to be treated in such an accomodating and understanding manner. Ed went out of his way to bring the car to me, take my trade-in and pick up the car for sales prep (which was excellent), bring it back and make it possible to do the paperwork at my house. Had Ed not done all of these things for me, I would still be driving my old Yukon XL! He had just recently joined the Legends staff after many years with another Cadillac dealership. Ed listened to our required specifications and pricing considerations, made suggestions to enhance the value of our purchase, found our vehicle and delivered it to our door in just over a week. It was that easy. There were no gimmicks, no sales pitches and no haggling over price. The transaction happened with the highest degree of professionalism. Assisting Ed on this transaction was Mr. Larry Nichols and we received a personal introduction to Mr. Jim Behncke. These gentlemen were all cordial and complimentary even at the end of a very long day. We have received excellent service and give these men and this dealership our highest recommendation. More
