I am happy to say, I'm a proud owner of a 2012 Cadillac SRX from Legends Cadillac. Don Tracy was my sales guy and he was and is passionate and enthusiastic about the Cadillac brand and most important SRX from Legends Cadillac. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and then showed me several of different vehicle options. Once I had narrowed the vehicle down, he showed me the options of the vehicle and answer questions I had. Most of the time you get these sales guys who tell you want you want to hear, but not Don, he was the most honest and knowledgeable sales person I've come by in a very long time! Larry Nichols and Paul were on the finance side. These guys were and are very personable (unlike other finance guys I've dealt with from other dealerships) and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I don't know about you, but purchasing a vehicle is a big step, and knowing these guys weren't trying to squeeze every little dollar I had, is a refreshing and welcoming concept. One that I would recommend to my friends, family and anyone I run into on the street. I came over to Legends a whim one evening after ordering a vehicle at another dealership. That deal went horribly wrong in so many ways and not worth speaking about any further. Suffice it to say, we decid a vehicle at another dealership. That deal went horribly wrong in so many ways and not worth speaking about any further. Suffice it to say, we decided to look elsewhere. After inquiring online about a car I was interested in seeing, my husband and I met with Stan Powell to test drive a 2010 SRX. Stan spent so much time with us before we ever left, explaining features and the many functions of the control panel. I was actually pleasantly surprised that I liked the car. After speaking with Mr. Herrman in finance, who helped us with our warranty and a great interest rate, we decided to purchase that night. Mind you, the dealership closed at 9...but Stan stayed with us until 10pm making sure we understood everything necessary. But the service has never stopped. I noticed a piece of rubber loose on the windshield wiper, called Stan and the next day he personally brought me a new pair of wipers and installed them at my office! Then, he came out to our home in the evening 3 days later to set up Onstar and explain other features on the car until we were completely satisfied. To this day, Stan is still checking to make sure our vehicle is working well for us. I have already told many people about the stellar service we received. They have made a very satisfied customer out of my husband and me and I highly recommend them to anyone. If you go to Legends, ask for Stan! He will most certainly treat you right. More
