They had a truck in stock I wanted but I was out of state. I was dealing with Rod Yamamoto who is allegedly the sales manager. The deal was pending until he found out I was out of state and could not state. I was dealing with Rod Yamamoto who is allegedly the sales manager. The deal was pending until he found out I was out of state and could not be back in AZ until that evening after they closed. He told me they would not hold the vehicle for me until I arrived there which I understand so I then offered them a deposit on the truck to hold it until the next morning when I could be there when they opened. He refused to take the deposit and told me "We don't do that". I'm 65, have excellent credit and have bought many vehicles over the decades and have never been refused a deposit to hold a vehicle until I could get to the dealer. No matter how much I tried he wouldn't work with me to purchase the truck. Poor business practice on the part of this dealership as I committed to the purchase and was willing to back up my word to purchase with a deposit but they refused my business. And then Rod kept texting me after I told him I wasn't interested in dealing with them any longer. The end result was them turning away a customer and a confirmed sale. I ended up buying at one of their local competitors. More

Extremely poor quality and awful customer satisfaction. I had to return me vehicle multiple times and it still is not fixed. I would also not recommend GMC.
