Shopping for a new car is not an easy thing to do, so when we stopped at Earnhardt Buick GMC dealers, we expected the experience to be daunting, to sa Shopping for a new car is not an easy thing to do, so when we stopped at Earnhardt Buick GMC dealers, we expected the experience to be daunting, to say the least. We were wrong. The employees were great! No pressure and "NO Bull". Questions we asked were answered without hesitation and with fact. The sales person, Roger Welin, was a delight to work with and when we told him that we were going to look at another dealership for a different brand, he was very understanding and said "hope to see you back soon". We did look around and did go back to Earnhardt Buick GMC and made a great deal on a new Buick. We will recommend Earnhardt Buick GMC to our friends and family for sure. More

Pleasant Experience We were looking for a new SUV and had been to a few other dealerships checking out SUVs and decided to stop at Earnhardt and check the new Terrain Den We were looking for a new SUV and had been to a few other dealerships checking out SUVs and decided to stop at Earnhardt and check the new Terrain Denali. Our sales person, Roger Welin explained all the features of the new Terrain and we decided that this was the one for us. They didn't have the color with the features we wanted and they ended up going to Vegas to pick one up and it was perfect. The other salesman, that ended up going to Vegas, was Brian (last name unknown) who also was involved in the sale. Many thanks for everyone at Earnhardt Buick GMC who were involved and will definitely recommend them to anyone interested in a new vehicle. More
Always fits one in when a problem arises. Called early a.m. because car having difficulty starting. Service Advisor said to bring in before 10. It was a battery problem and I only waited an hour and a half and Advisor said it would be 2 hours or less. I buy my cars there and have them serviced there----many years. With some name changes and new management, they have kept their promise of excellent customer service. More
Chevy Traverse Service Excellent We scheduled service on our Chevy Traverse, it was time for an oil change and tire rotation. Arrived at the Dealership and a very nice Service Advise We scheduled service on our Chevy Traverse, it was time for an oil change and tire rotation. Arrived at the Dealership and a very nice Service Adviser greeted us and took care of the paperwork. We were going to wait in the nice waiting lounge. The lounge is very nice and there are a lot of comfortable chairs. My husband enjoyed some popcorn and I had a doughnut, as we watched TV. Later our Service Adviser came in and said our car was serviced and wanted to know if it would be okay to wash it for us and it would just take a few more minutes. We thanked him and said, that would be very nice. A few minutes later we paid the cashier for our service and then were on our way. All of the people we encountered were very nice. I would certainly recommend Earnhardt GMC Buick to all my friends. More
