Actually, nobody ever called me back to book my Auto Butler appointment, but I was able to make an appointment yesterday for May 11th. That is right May 11th. Ridiculous! This is the second problem I have had with Auto Butler and would not recommend purchasing at your dealership. My wife just bought a new Jeep with Auto Butler at Earnhardt in Gilbert and we will see if it is better than yours. Her appointment is scheduled for April 18th. which was also made yesterday. That is almost a month better than what you offer. The 30K service was great. I was greeted by name when I arrived. Although the driver was not available to shuttle me back, the service was quick. The service writer kept me informed, helped me with the checkout process and got me out of there. I would have rated everything a 5 if it was not for the Auto Butler which was not his fault If you guys cannot handle the Auto Butler service, please don't sell it. More

For the most part great service. I had a new service rep because the one I was suppose to have is not there anymore. The new rep was excellent. Hope he sticks around. My only complaint was that the service rep that came out to greet me only kept telling everyone I was early for my appointment. If he said it once I heard him say it at least four times. I was 15 minutes early but I am the kind of person that likes to arrive early instead of late. I never know how the traffic is going to be as I drive in from Apache Junction. So this must have irritated him that I was early. The next time I go there for an appointment I will still be early. I wish I would have gotten his name I do believe he was in the first desk area by the front door. I certainly plan to return next spring for servicing my vehicle. I am a snow bird so I generally just need service once while I am in AZ. More
