The sales associate - Josh Lambert - was very helpful in describing the features and patient as we poked around. After driving the car, we determined that we wanted to look at an upgraded model - the sales associate never pressured us either way and simply made himself available to answer questions and show us what we asked for. Once we decided to buy, the process was efficient and comfortable. We were very happy with the service received and we are very happy with our new Acadia. More

Car Hank made sure work was done in a timely manner. Also needed some new air filters, They were able to add these filters to the list for servicing. Car runs better than new. We really love our 2018 Acadia and the folks at Earnhardt GMC Buick have been great with everything big and small. More
A horrible car buying experience 3-19-18 Went to Earnhardt GMC after speaking/emailing with Bob Moore and arriving at an amount needed to buy the vehicle. When I arrive, Chad McKee st 3-19-18 Went to Earnhardt GMC after speaking/emailing with Bob Moore and arriving at an amount needed to buy the vehicle. When I arrive, Chad McKee states the lease deal is on SERVICE LOANERS only, which is incorrect as the lease deal is on NEW vehicles. We are off to a bad start. I test drive the car and it is good enough and agree to make the purchase. I meet with MARK STULL the F&I person. Mark tells me he can’t do the deal at that time because of a computer problem with my paperwork. The amount I agreed to pay and the amount due on the document don’t match. There is no way he can fix the issue. He will have to call tech support to fix it, so I will have to make another trip. Mark and I discuss my license plate refund, Mark tells me he will use the credit ($253.96) I have at the DMV from my previous vehicle to reduce the already agreed upon price to a lesser amount. For the record, NEVER ONCE WAS THERE A DISCUSION let alone an agreement for Earnhardt GMC to take those funds. I ask Mark if I can get copies off all of the documents that I signed; he states that will not be a problem. We also discuss all documents need to be mailed to my business mailing address, not my home. He said he will take care of it. 3-20-18. I go to pick up the car and the deal paperwork from the day before is unchanged and not corrected in any way. The amount I agreed pay and the amount the paperwork shows that are owe are still different. I repeatedly inform Mark Stull that I will pay no more and he tells me Earnhardt will never come back to me and ask for more money. Bob Moore, the sales person, confirms this. Mark and I discuss the plate refund again. Mark tells me he can’t deduct the plate credit and I must go online and get my money back from the DMV. Mark tells me he is sure I can do this as he has been doing this for 24 years and he would know. I take delivery. I ask Mark and Bob to please send me copies of the documents that I signed. They both said they would take care of it. Bob tells me they will laminate my window sticker. 3-21-18. Since it was dark by time I get home I look my car over the next day. I find tire dressing overspray on the plastic fender skirts, the roof is dirty, the rear hatch on the inside is dirty, the right rear door panel has what appears to be tire dressing on the inside door panel and the engine compartment was hardly been touched. So I clean my new car and make plans to have another company detail the engine compartment. Also, not only was the window sticker NOT laminated, they folded it in half so the text was on the inside making it unreadable. Absolute genius. It was completely stuck together. I separated it, tearing it in the process. I have to take it to Staples and have them laminate it. 4-4-18. I take my car to get the engine compartment detailed. It costs me 2 hours of my time. 4-11-18. I call GMC to get account information so I can set up auto pay. GMC finance does NOT show my alternate mailing address. Mark Stull said he would handle this and didn’t. I give them the CORRECT mailing address. 4-21-18. I get my new license tags today. Earnhardt GMC kept my $253 refund. Keep in mind that Earnhardt GMC charged me $494 for my “doc fee”. 4-23-18. I call and talk to MARK STULL about my plate refund. He said he will pull my file and call me back. It may take a couple days since the files are off site. 4-30-18. A week later and no call from MARK STULL. I call to follow up. I leave a message with JOHN. 5-2-18. Still no returned call from Mark. I call MARK STULL again. Mark said he called me and left a message. I asked him to what phone number was the call made. Mark said he left a message at New York cell phone which was NOT my phone number. When I asked Mark where that number came from, he said that Bob Moore came to his office and gave him that number. Mark said Bob did this because I called Bob about the situation. This is a complete fabrication as I had not spoken to Bob since I purchased my car. MARK said he received an email from the sales manager that stated the sales manager used my plate credit of $253.96 and it reduced my plate fee. I checked with the DMV and this also is false. Mark then said my plate fee should have been EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS. Another untrue statement. I again explained to Mark that I had called the DMV on more than one occasion. The DMV said my plates were less than $500 and clearly not $800. Earnhardt processed the documents, charged me $468 for the taxes and fees, paid the DMV the difference and KEPT MY FUNDS. When I spoke to the DMV, they said that Earnhardt does all of the processing in house. The DMV does NONE of the processing. Therefore, this is an issue with Earnhardt and Earnhardt alone. The conversation between Mark and I got a little heated. Mark said I need to talk to Chad Mckee since he handles plate issues. Mark put me on hold and when he returned he stated that he spoke to the General Manager and said Earnhardt will refund MY $253.96 plate credit if I agree to give Earnhardt a perfect sales satisfaction survey. Mark said he will mail the check to the correct address. Mark also said he gave my mailing address to GMC finance. Again not true, I called GMC Finance and they did not show my mailing address until I gave it to them. 5-4-18. Chad Mckee left me a message that the plate refund check was cut on 4-25 and mailed about the same time. 5-6-18. I receive the check from Earnhardt and it was NOT sent to the correct mailing address. Earnhardt GMC still hasn’t corrected the address! How many times does it take to do something so simple? Also, the check was dated on 4-25 and post marked on 5-1. I find it odd that it would sit on someone’s desk for FOUR days before getting mailed. Also, the check is SHORT by twenty five dollars. 5-7-18. I call Chad Mckee again and leave a detailed message about the shortage and, again, give Earnhardt GMC my MAILING address. 5-9-18. Bob Moore calls me, even though I explained EVERYTHING in the voice mail I left Chad, I have to explain everything again to Bob because Bob said all Chad told him was to call me. Bob said he would have to call the CORPORATE office and talk to the title clerk to see what they can do. For the THIRD time I ask for copies of ALL of the documents I signed. Bob said he would take care of it. 5-10-18. Bob Moore calls me and leaves a message that he spoke to the corporate office and they told him that the DMV charges $25 to issue a check which is totally false. The DMV did not process the check, Earnhardt did. 5-11-18. I return Bob Moore’s call and explain that the DMV did not issue the check, Earnhardt did and the DMV does NOT charge $25 to issue a refund when they issue the check. Bob said they would refund MY money as a goodwill gesture. I told Bob they will return MY money because they OWE me, and not as a goodwill gesture. Returning MY money is not a “goodwill gesture”, as Earnhardt GMC OWES me. 5-16-18. I receive copies of MOST of documents I signed. The envelope was sent to the proper address. 6-26-18. As of today, there has been no refund of the twenty five dollars and no one from Earnhardt GMC has contacted me. The plate credit issue is this and only this; I had a $253.96 credit at the DMV for my license plates from my previous vehicle. I should receive ALL of it as I am entitled to ALL of it. No check fees or any other fees of any kind should be deducted as Earnhardt is entitled to NONE of it. I am sick of the lies and excuses. More
