Worst experience I've ever had. I have bought two vehicles from them, and the owner Rick and general manager of the auto parts are the most nasty racist people. I would take my car I have bought two vehicles from them, and the owner Rick and general manager of the auto parts are the most nasty racist people. I would take my car up there to get something simple done. Don't trust them with your vehicle every time you drop your vehicle off when you get back in it check it thoroughly because they would tear up your car and don't even tell you. I would always have issues with my car one time I took my car up there to get an inspected and my battery was not bolted down. They refuse to come get my car after my car would not start because of the battery. Another time I came up there my dash board was cracked and they claim they did not have anything to do with that. The general manager I think his name is James told me "you just want something for free" for him to judge my character was the up most disrespectful thing that I've ever heard from a place that once had my business. I feel like he could have aleast suggested a way to satisfy me even if he had to glue it back together. Worst of all the owner Rick he shoo me off like a fly off his property, and told me "I don't want my business". Because of the color of my skin they treated me like a poor black woman. I feel like no one should be treated any type of way because of the way they look or how much they make or just because of the color of their skin. The worst experience I've ever had! I would not recommend this for anyone.! More
