This was the second vehicle I purchased from this dealership, and it was really more the people, service, and genuine desire to serve their customers that brought me back to Earl Stewart. Of course h dealership, and it was really more the people, service, and genuine desire to serve their customers that brought me back to Earl Stewart. Of course having owned a Toyota Avalon for three years also helped. I was not planning to purchase a new car at this time, but when my Avalon was totaled in a crash recently, I was forced to take action. Having had that car 3 years, I was ready for a change, and really didn't want the exact same car again, even with the great history we had together. However, after visiting four different dealerships, each selling a different vehicle, when the real decision was to take a chance on another dealer and have something different, perhaps even something significantly different, I went for the security and comfort of dealing with people I know, and a dealership I trust. Throughtout the always stressful process of purchasing a new car, (especially when I wasn't planning on buying one at this time) the professionalism and commitment to making the purchase as easy as possible was evident every step of the way. This was evidenced by everyone involved in the sale. That started with Josh Stewart, continued to Charl Schuld my internet sales rep, right on through Lenny Schwartz who handled the actual billing and licensing paperwork. I really am enjoying my new car, and actually have to admit there are several great changes that make the car just different enough! I absolutely would recommend (and have) Stewart Toyota to my grandmother! A great dealership with a true commitment to satisfied customers. More
I went to Earl Stewart essentially for 2 reasons. One was proximity to my home and the other was that they have NO dealer fees. I purchased a vehicle that was supposed to have a multi-disc CD changer and af proximity to my home and the other was that they have NO dealer fees. I purchased a vehicle that was supposed to have a multi-disc CD changer and after completing the sale, I learned that the car only had a single CD changer. When I informed management of my disappointment with the vehicle they went out of their way to satisfy me. Specifically, they offered to refund the price differential between the single and multi-disc player or to give me back my money for the total price I paid. I ended up purchasing a different vehicle that met my needs and I am more than satisfied with the way I was treated by the by everyone. I am particularly impressed with the "hands on" approach of the owners and the personal attention I received from them. I will not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from Earl Stewart Toyota in the future and I highly recommend them to all prospective buyers. More

This experience was by far the most pleasant buying/leasing experience I have ever had. My son and I were made to feel welcome immediately by Kelly Thomas, with whom my son had discussed the tr buying/leasing experience I have ever had. My son and I were made to feel welcome immediately by Kelly Thomas, with whom my son had discussed the transaction via email and phone. Kelly was knowledgeable and courteous and definitely not your "typical car salesperson" (which was a good thing!)She made me feel very comfortable and got us through the paperwork as quickly as possible. She was extremely helpful two days later when I had to return to the dealership for a service issue. She and Richard, the service person, handled the issue and I was there less than an hour. Robert Gramm was also courteous and knowledgeable and explained all the paper work clearly and succinctly. He and Kelly were a pleasure to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the dealership and especially those people with whom we worked. More

Of all of the car purchasing experiences over the past 55 years this has been the most satisfying. Earl Stewart has a business model that is a "win-win" for both buyer and seller. Their internet sales department is Great via email and nicer in person. Their internet sales department was easy to work with. (Note-I had already figured out what I wanted by visiting other dealers.) The price quotes were just under the www.edmund.com "true market value" prices. I was picky about the options/colors - so they didn't have what I wanted but they did find a car meeting my requirements on the gulf side of the state. With a little earnest money, they agreed to see if the gulf dealer would do a car swap and they added $200 to their sales quote. They got a commitment by that evening (or the next day) and the car arrived about a day later at which time I signed a purchase contract. I felt like the $200 increase was fair - I got what I wanted. The internet sales department took the tranaction up to the point of signing a purchase agreement. After that I was handed off to some finance person. Things went down hill from there. High pressure techniques to purchase an extended warrantee - no thank you! Finance terms were not market competitive with what I could have arranged with my bank. If I was doing it again, I would first get financing approved through my bank and then purchase the car. I would have been in a stronger negotiating posture. As was, I told them to forget their financing and paid cash. Although I have not tried their service department yet, they are very proud of it. It is air conditioned (life is so good for the mechanics) and they have new owner get togethers to show off the facilities. They also offered a deal that seems to good to be true - so long as I do my service exclusively with them - they will replace wornout tires & battery for free so long as I own it. We will see! More
