Earl Stewart is a well-run dealership that works hard on customer satisfaction. Everyone, all the way to the top, seems personally involved and accessible. Too many dealerships have traded volume for service, but that's not the case with Earl Stewart. I drive a lot, commuting from Boca to Miami. I prefer the affordability and reliability of Toyotas, and like hybrids, and so I have come to know something about the Toyota dealers in South Florida. In my estimation, Earl Stewart is the best. Some find it tough to get all the way up there if they do not live in Palm Beach County, but, as I say, I drive a lot, and for me it's not a problem. I've purchased two cars there. Got a fair trade in value on the first to buy the second. Plan to keep driving up for maintenance. Like the tires for life program. Like the personal service. Congratulations to Earl Stewart for showing that the American tradition of great car dealerships is alive in the 21st Century. More

Went in for service and found out that we had a crack in the right rear rim And also the beam was bent in our 2011 Corolla. This would cost $2300 In repair. Time is money to me. And I don't want to be convinced what I want. Within the week, I had already left a dealership determined not to shop there becasue of the annoying salesman. I appreciated shopping at Early Stewart and with Andie who greeted me warmly and immediately. He assisted our shopping needs without hassle and pressure. He brought us from car to car and then back to the same cars repeatedly and was willing to do whatever it took to help us decide which car was the right one. He was friendly, funny and willing to please. It is all about the customer! Then Lenny took great care of my financial paperwork. I asked a crazy question, "I want to pay an even number, can you work that out for me?" After a few attempts, Lenny told me that if I changed my deposit by X amount that my monthly payments could be even. Made my day. Crazy, but for the next five years, I will be happy writing an even number on my checks! All in all, my experience was excellent. I have already told several people that when I need a new car, probably never since I bought a Toyota, I would shop at Earl Stewart and with Andie. More
