Horrible customer service Window sticker had items marked good and there were bad parts on truck. Truck had open safety recalls which we had to point out and ask them to fix. D Window sticker had items marked good and there were bad parts on truck. Truck had open safety recalls which we had to point out and ask them to fix. Dealership lost key to truck. Never licensed truck upon purchase and had to call several times to get fixed. Within 3 months truck had a bad ball joint which they replaced at time of purchase and they refused to stand behind their work. We had to take the truck to another dealership and that dealership was nice and warranted work that Kyle at Eagle River Ford refused to do. Not a good experience and would never go back. More
