Excellent service We were 500 miles from home when our car was totaled during a trip to Wisconsin to purchase a boat. Ford Sales Consultant Ken Caudill and Finance Mana We were 500 miles from home when our car was totaled during a trip to Wisconsin to purchase a boat. Ford Sales Consultant Ken Caudill and Finance Manager Rhonda Tulgren were extremely helpful assisting us through the hurdles necessary to get funds wired to complete the purchase of a vehicle we located on your lot and get us on the road. Ken also oversaw the installation of a hitch and wiring to enable us to pick up the boat we purchased in St. Germain, Wisconsin. Our car was totaled Wednesday afternoon. We looked at the car on your lot on Thursday morning. We notified Ken Thursday afternoon that we wanted the car and were on the road Friday afternoon. They helped make an extremely stressful time bearable. More

Horrible customer service Window sticker had items marked good and there were bad parts on truck. Truck had open safety recalls which we had to point out and ask them to fix. Never licensed truck upon purchase and had to call several times to get fixed. Within 3 months truck had a bad ball joint which they replaced at time of purchase and they refused to stand behind their work. We had to take the truck to another dealership and that dealership was nice and warranted work that Kyle at Eagle River Ford refused to do. Not a good experience and would never go back. More
