We were on our way home from 2 other car dealerships when we happened to pass Eagle Kia. We decided to stop in and look at a Mazda. The first car we saw upon entering was a Kia Forte. We were impressed about we happened to pass Eagle Kia. We decided to stop in and look at a Mazda. The first car we saw upon entering was a Kia Forte. We were impressed about how nice it was. Cherise Hoffsiss was the Salesperson who helped us. We ended up leasing that car. From start to finish which was literally just 3 days, Cherise was on top of things. She got us a great deal. She was very expedient in getting and doing everything necessary for us to drive away with the car just 3 days after we first saw it. Before leaving with the car Cherise sat in the car with us and explained all of the features. We couldn’t be more happy with Cherise Hofsiss and our new Kia. More

Horrible. My best advice is to go west, I didn’t even get into the dealership. The salesman Joe was condescending over the phone when I quoted him a fair price. Hung up and called Atlantic Kia in West Islip. Not only were they much more customer friendly, but I ended up getting the same exact car for less than I quoted the salesman at Eagle. What a joke. Seriously, even if you’re on the east end, go west. Like I said I highly recommend Atlantic Kia in West Islip. Also heard from a friend that Smithtown Kia works with you too. More

If I could give less than a star I would. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a car dealership. I was prepared to buy one of their cars that day however they refused to let me drive the car unl worst experience I've ever had at a car dealership. I was prepared to buy one of their cars that day however they refused to let me drive the car unless I agreed to buy the car before hand including negotiating the price. How are you supposed to agree on a price of a car that you've never even driven? The sales associate was argumentative and clearly didn't want to sell a car that day. I called up to speak to a sales manager after this horrible experience thinking that it must have been that one sales associate and no one ever got back to me. This place is a disgrace and I wouldn't want to see how slimey they would be when buying a car based on how horrible they were from the very beginning. Go to any other dealership to buy your car, for your own sanity. (I was also told that they dont let anyone drive their cars prior to agreement, so call and check if you do decide to test this dealership because they were either lying to me or lying to you...and I wouldn't trust after such shenanigans) More
