Once I called on Monday with a few questions and to start the process of buying the car everything went very smoothly. It was Jhoan’s day off, yet he answered all my questions either via text or over the phone. He even came into work that afternoon when I had a little difficulty with the financing loan application. The next day I came out to Riverhead to finalize everything. I had told Jhoan that I could pick up the car Saturday as I did not have anyone to drive my rental back to my home in Huntington. Jhoan arranged to drive the rental back to my house with the aid of another employee. I appreciate all the effort to get me driving the new car sooner! More
