It only had 2,000 miles on it they wouldn't give me a new car so now I have a $50,000 parts car! They replace my engine and nothing but noise after with no help from them in fixing it. I said I bet there will be bolts missing and guess what I took it to Smithtown KIA and yes they found bolts missing. The service help Angel and Fernando are rude and obnoxious liars and they talked down to me like I was a idiot, probably because I am a woman. I lived at the dealership I was there over 10x within the first three months of owning the car. Which was the reason I bought a new car for so I wouldn't be sitting in a garage waiting for my car to be repaired. I am so feed up, I've been fighting Kia corporate for over eight months. They are only willing to give me $1,200 for my all troubles absolute xx! When I went to Kia in Smithtown they got me also they had me trade in my 2024 and now I have lost over 15,000 in buying new cars. More
