Rudest phonecall ive ever had with somebody. How awful. More

Stood Up Called on a Sunday about a Toyota Tundra. Set up an appointment to meet the next day after work. I arrived 15 minutes early where the Toyota was being displayed to find it gone. Tried calling and left a voice mail. No one showed up at the time discusssed, waited about 20 minutes and called again leaving another voice mail. Had a friend call the same number from a land line and the salesman answered their call. Started asking my friend personal questions and going on how you could only see the truck by appointment. Which is exactly what I had done. Thanks for wasting my time sir. More

Horrible Experience We went to look at a Ford F-150 that we found on Carguru. We originally thought it was a great looking truck. So we called and left a message for Ryan We went to look at a Ford F-150 that we found on Carguru. We originally thought it was a great looking truck. So we called and left a message for Ryan to give us a call back. After my husband really stopped and looked at it he noticed that parts of the truck had been painted to cover rusted parts. So, he kept looking over it. He noticed that aluminum tape had been put at the passengers side door. Turns out the tape is covering a rusted hole. Ryan calls us back and my husband starts asking questions. Ryan says he didn't know about any rusted parts on the vehicle. My husband told him "you're lying you have to know about it. If you bought the car and detailed it then you know it is rusted and has a hole in it." He told us not to call him back. We were done with it. Then he continues with a text threating my husband saying "if you call me a liar again we can meet face to face." That isn't very professional in my opinion. He then calls us again several times cussing. I let him know that he was on speaker and that kind of language shouldn't be used as I had a small child in the back seat that could hear everything. He continued screaming. What kind of professional person does this. I will NEVER buy a vehicle from them EVER and would suggest that no one else buy from them. My question is: What else are they trying to hide and cover up in vehicles that they sell. More
