The construction made servicing the car a big hassle. The waiting room was subpar. Thank you eagle chevrolet service dept. . My wife’s equinox which had only 2800 miles on it had a very noticeable squeal in the right rear tire/ brake system. we were told that alot of times . My wife’s equinox which had only 2800 miles on it had a very noticeable squeal in the right rear tire/ brake system. we were told that alot of times rocks or other things stuck between the rotor and the brake shoe. And that if tjere was no mechanical issue with the car that we would be responsible for any labor. Check in super fast. Service advisor extremely young, but super pleasant! Advised me of recall and showed me to waiting room with amenities where I could wait. I don't recommend this dealership. An oil change with tire rotation was 1 price now it is 2 separate prices. This service used to run roughly $87 now Roughly $150 - 1 year apart with An oil change with tire rotation was 1 price now it is 2 separate prices. Also if you are a female make sure you read and know what your manual says for the mfg recommended service for your vehicle. They will try to up-sell you overpriced unnecessary services that they "recommend". More
