The Service Department sometimes seems overwhelmed with work, but never let that impact their interaction with you. The Sales Department was a pleasure to work with. I have been very impressed with their desire to make sure everything is exceptional with your experience. Never experienced others sales persons sharing in the selling of the vehicle: telling you how wonderful the car is from a safety and quality standpoint. Extremely helpful in every way. When someone started to look over the car we purchased, they subtly went and put a sold sign on it! Cool! More

Finance mgr attempted to hide add'l 1000 in finance price and jacked up rate. Stated they didn't have my credit score but rate was based on credit. (My credit is excellent). I Never bought Volvo. The tactics of a bait and switch for the unsuspecting customer Is not only unethical but illegal. I will be filing a formal compliant with Volvo, CFPB, and the BBB as well as the NYS DA office. They not only wasyted my time but tried a crime against the wrong individual. Buyer beware at this dealer More
WINDOW FIXED Nancy, the service advisor who attended to me and my car was an excellent representative of what a service advisor should be! She took care of me as soon as I arrived, made sure my car got taken in for work as soon as possible and came to assure me along the way that things were being handle to the best of their ability. Even when it appeared to be taking longer than planned, she made sure to apologize and keep me abreast of things as they proceeded. More

I have purchased 3 mazdas from this dealer and will probably purchase a 4th but never ever use the service department again. This was the last straw. I work the same hours they are open and generally cannot make or receive calls, so I tried to schedule service thru their website - 2 attempts and 1 month I got no call/email back. The I received an advertising email from the service manager and I replied to it hoping to get somewhere. I clearly stated that phone calls where not good and to please contact me thru email - so what did I get but a phone call - I was unable yo answer or call back so 2 days later I got another call in which the woman has an attitude because I had not called back. On the 3rd call they finally got it I guess and she offer for me to call and leave a message after hours and they will give me what ever date I need. Finally! Well when that date got closer I had to reschedule - I called left a message after hours and asked for then to email or call me back to confirm - Nothing. I had to take time from my job to give them a call when they were open to confirm. She said she received the call and the appointment was changed - When I asked why I never got a call all she said was "Oh I thought I did" ugh Day of Service - I was dropping off for them to work on not waiting. I asked for it to be done by/before 2pm - He wrote by 1:30 on the paperwork. At 2pm I had to again take time to call them. "It just got done" - I show up - my service was a tire rotation, oil change, full circle inspection and change the rear wiper that was ripped. First of all the rear wiper is a small piece of rubber and they charged me $36!!! no labor WTH? They tried to tell me they gave me 10% discount b/c they too thought it was pricey - after review of the bill no such discount was there. I was angry and had to get back to work since it wasn't done on time I just took the paperwork and left. Later that night I realized I did not receive the inspection report showing tire and brake wear and overall condition of vehicle. no fluids were topped off - I honestly do not know if they did anything - will never use them for service again! More

Horrible Experience Went in with the plan of buying a used car. Quickly found the car we were interested in and after a bit of negotiation came to an agreement on the price. I explained to the salesperson that while I had a strong credit rating my son's was weak. He told me that with my strong credit rating and 20% down then the interest rate should be between 3 & 4% for us to be co-signers on the loan. I was told that we would need to return for the application to be processed & the car to be prepped. When we returned 2 days later we were told that the interest rate was 7.84% and that we needed to pay an application fee of $1,000. I said that was very different from what we were told 2 days prior and that I would just pay cash for the car instead. The finance guy then said that the price we were quoted was for a financed car only and that I would have to pay an additional $880 to pay cash for the car. The conversation then became extremely unpleasant. Needless to say we left without a car and with a very bad taste in our mouth. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

refusal to return deposit!! I put a cash deposit on a car on 3/22/14 after locating the car with the exact specs I wanted at another dealership I called on 3/29/14 to release th I put a cash deposit on a car on 3/22/14 after locating the car with the exact specs I wanted at another dealership I called on 3/29/14 to release the car from the hold and was told a refund check would be mailed on 4/1 I have still not received it and was told by the sales manager BRYAN HARRIS that I tried to scam them and the end result of the telephone call was him hanging up on me and no refund of my money.upon calling to ask for the names of the owners of the dealership I was told they couldnt give me that information nor was there any other managers that could help me resolve my issue.so unfortunately for eagle they have 1 bad employee that is ruining their reputation because they have someone managing their business that cant be trusted with customers money.by the way they cut checks every tuesday and have now had my money for 6 weeks after promising a return.do not do business with them especially the sales manager bryan harris More
Not trustworthy, HAVE IT IN WRITTING I was at this dealer on Saturday and looked at one vehicle only, sales person opened the vehicle and myself and my family were inside and were very ha I was at this dealer on Saturday and looked at one vehicle only, sales person opened the vehicle and myself and my family were inside and were very happy with this specific vehicle. We were told a monthly lease amount with specific downpayment. I went back today to finalize and were told that the price I was told just 3 days ago was for the 2014 model and not the 2015, which I was not even showed, then the manager told me he thought my current car was a lease and that he could give me a better price ($2000 more downpayment and $150 more per month then the amount given to me on Saturday) for a 2015 with cloth seats, NO navigation or extras. This dealer is fraudulent and deceiving should not be trusted, get all information in writing so you may avoid going back. More
