I knew what model I wanted (Mazda CX-5), and Andrew gave a great overview of the car and had me test driving in no time. He was not the least bit pushy and really listened to me, which goes a long way in this day and age. If he wasn’t a 100% sure on a question I had, he made sure to get the right answer very quickly. Though I honestly wasn’t ready to make a purchase for a few weeks, Andrew respected that and didn’t bombard me with e-mails or phone calls – other than a polite follow up. When I was ready to make the big purchase, Andrew made the experience very seamless, handling all the details. He even spent additional time showing me all the car’s features, and made it a point to tell me not to hesitate to call him with any questions.
