Pleasant & Fun First Time Car Buying Experience As a first time car buyer, we all know the process can be a little daunting. However, Salesman Andrew Platis was very helpful and took care of all my As a first time car buyer, we all know the process can be a little daunting. However, Salesman Andrew Platis was very helpful and took care of all my questions and concerns. After all, shouldn’t car buying be fun!? I knew what model I wanted (Mazda CX-5), and Andrew gave a great overview of the car and had me test driving in no time. He was not the least bit pushy and really listened to me, which goes a long way in this day and age. If he wasn’t a 100% sure on a question I had, he made sure to get the right answer very quickly. Though I honestly wasn’t ready to make a purchase for a few weeks, Andrew respected that and didn’t bombard me with e-mails or phone calls – other than a polite follow up. When I was ready to make the big purchase, Andrew made the experience very seamless, handling all the details. He even spent additional time showing me all the car’s features, and made it a point to tell me not to hesitate to call him with any questions. Andrew, as well as Finance Manager Jose and the rest of the team at Eagle Mazda, are really committed to their work, and it shows through their exceptional service and high level of dedication to customer satisfaction. They held the Mazda3 iGrand Touring I wanted over the weekend for a small, refundable deposit, then demonstrated features I hadn't really paid attention to online, came up with even better lease terms than initially discussed, handled all the registration and insurance paperwork while we had lunch, and finally put dealer plates on my old car and drove it back to my local service station for resale while I cruised home in the new 3. Friendly and efficient service A warning light came on in my Mazda, so I took it in first thing Monday without an appointment. The service staff was busy but I was quickly seen. In the past I have owned BMW's and was greatly pleased with their service also. So I was most hesitant to trade my great service with BMW -when I decided to lease with Volvo. The waiting room could not be improved at all-(coffee, juice and snacks)-and the service was quick, informative and painless. All were extremely courteous and professional. I made an appointment for the key programming with Nancy who was very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. She kept me posted on how long it would take, and showed me the waiting area which was very comfortable. This was my first visit to this dealership and I would recommend it. More
