A Good Experience I wandered in to check out the 2015 Mazda3, was met by salesman Tom Raetz who showed me the car and described all its features. The car was very affordable so I decided I'd buy it. So then I met Jose in finance and he was a cool guy who knew his stuff as well. Easy, Honest process I dropped in to Eagle Auto Mall (without an appointment) because the lease on my Mazda 2012 was expiring. I spoke with Dan Bruno, the Mazda salesman, I dropped in to Eagle Auto Mall (without an appointment) because the lease on my Mazda 2012 was expiring. I spoke with Dan Bruno, the Mazda salesman, about my options which I thought were limited by my financial and credit situation. He was very patient with me and completely understood my situation and miraculously was able to get me into a brand new 2015 Mazda lease for very close to the same monthly payments and just first month's payment upfront.They dealt fairly with me on my trade-in which had some body work damage. Roland, the manager, was friendly, completely straightforward and honest. Something that is not easy to find with car dealers. I highly recommend these two if you are looking for a new vehicle. The Mazda can't be beat and their car leasing process was a joy. This is my second lease with Eagle Mazda and I am sure I will continue this relationship in the future. More

I found the salesman Tom Raetz to be very knowledgeable. Tom handled the transaction of my trade-in and purchase without any complications. . Very satisfied customer My son and I came to the dealership on a busy Saturday at the end of the month in September. Within minutes salesman Benjamin Meadows came to our aid My son and I came to the dealership on a busy Saturday at the end of the month in September. Within minutes salesman Benjamin Meadows came to our aid answering our questions and letting us take a couple of test drives in some vehicles. We engaged in conversation about my son's concerns about the stock tires on a vehicle he was going to purchase and Benjamin went on his computer to a site where he buys his own snow tires and wrote down some tire and rims for the snow that he would recommend for us if we had any question about or concerns with the stock tires that were on the vehicle we were going to purchase. When it came time to wrap up the paperwork we met with Jose Lopez who was very patient in explaining all the terms of our financing as well as the warranty and gap insurance we would have never thought to ask. He explain things until we understood everything he was saying Benjamin went over the car very quickly and efficiently but not in a way that seems like we're being rushed. He also reiterated when we had questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to buy or lease new or used there's something for everyone here. Even in the waiting room there was coffee and juice chips and snacks ice cream and games for children to play and a television and nice couches so waiting was enjoyable. It was a very positive experience for my son's purchase on his new vehicle we will both very happy More
