I found the salesman Tom Raetz to be very knowledgeable. Tom handled the transaction of my trade-in and purchase without any complications. . Very satisfied customer My son and I came to the dealership on a busy Saturday at the end of the month in September. Within minutes salesman Benjamin Meadows came to our aid My son and I came to the dealership on a busy Saturday at the end of the month in September. Within minutes salesman Benjamin Meadows came to our aid answering our questions and letting us take a couple of test drives in some vehicles. We engaged in conversation about my son's concerns about the stock tires on a vehicle he was going to purchase and Benjamin went on his computer to a site where he buys his own snow tires and wrote down some tire and rims for the snow that he would recommend for us if we had any question about or concerns with the stock tires that were on the vehicle we were going to purchase. When it came time to wrap up the paperwork we met with Jose Lopez who was very patient in explaining all the terms of our financing as well as the warranty and gap insurance we would have never thought to ask. He explain things until we understood everything he was saying Benjamin went over the car very quickly and efficiently but not in a way that seems like we're being rushed. He also reiterated when we had questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to buy or lease new or used there's something for everyone here. Even in the waiting room there was coffee and juice chips and snacks ice cream and games for children to play and a television and nice couches so waiting was enjoyable. It was a very positive experience for my son's purchase on his new vehicle we will both very happy More

Pleasant & Fun First Time Car Buying Experience As a first time car buyer, we all know the process can be a little daunting. However, Salesman Andrew Platis was very helpful and took care of all my As a first time car buyer, we all know the process can be a little daunting. However, Salesman Andrew Platis was very helpful and took care of all my questions and concerns. After all, shouldn’t car buying be fun!? I knew what model I wanted (Mazda CX-5), and Andrew gave a great overview of the car and had me test driving in no time. He was not the least bit pushy and really listened to me, which goes a long way in this day and age. If he wasn’t a 100% sure on a question I had, he made sure to get the right answer very quickly. Though I honestly wasn’t ready to make a purchase for a few weeks, Andrew respected that and didn’t bombard me with e-mails or phone calls – other than a polite follow up. When I was ready to make the big purchase, Andrew made the experience very seamless, handling all the details. He even spent additional time showing me all the car’s features, and made it a point to tell me not to hesitate to call him with any questions. Andrew, as well as Finance Manager Jose and the rest of the team at Eagle Mazda, are really committed to their work, and it shows through their exceptional service and high level of dedication to customer satisfaction. They held the Mazda3 iGrand Touring I wanted over the weekend for a small, refundable deposit, then demonstrated features I hadn't really paid attention to online, came up with even better lease terms than initially discussed, handled all the registration and insurance paperwork while we had lunch, and finally put dealer plates on my old car and drove it back to my local service station for resale while I cruised home in the new 3.
