Scott was amazing and took care of all of our problems, many of which were under warranty. It took a long time to get it done but the service was great! Being a 72 year old Vietnam veteran suffering from agent orange exposure I must err on the side of caution concerning covid-19. I live in Weeki Wachee, and if I was local I would have tried to have the vehi orange exposure I must err on the side of caution concerning covid-19. I live in Weeki Wachee, and if I was local I would have tried to have the vehicle picked up for service, that was not a option. I was very nervous, and anxious, when I drove into the service drop off and realized that I was one of the few people wearing a mask during this visit. It seemed that none of the dealership employees wore masks, and when I entered the waiting lounge not one of the 6 -7 people seated there were wearing masks, or social distancing. A vender came in to fill the drink machines without and form of personal protection. Being very uncomfortable, I left the lounge in less than 2 minutes to roam outside. When my vehicle was finished I approached it too find finger prints on the exterior door, drivers and passenger windows down (they were up when dropped off, meaning windows switches touched), radio station changed (again knobs touched, why?). Had too wipe down interior with sanitizer (steering wheel, ignition button, window switches etc.) because I didn't know if the dealership sanitized the interior after the service was complete. I have not too this point in time felt the need for a covid test, but after this visit I will pursue getting one. This has left me uneasy feeling very vulnerable. On a positive note I am confident that the service was done satisfactorily. More
