We did indeed damage your 2012 Acadia while it was in the shop. We are sorry that the rocker panels were damaged when we lifted your vehicle. We did not have a fly by night body shop do the repairs. In fact, we bought brand new panels and paid for the repair and proper paint all while providing you with alternate transportation. Our intentions were to minimize your inconvenience and maximize your satisfaction. We are truly sorry that you are not satisfied and hope that you will reconsider allowing us the opportunity to earn your business.

I did not say you brought it to a fly by night body shop ! The body shop is a good one ! And I will recommend them but what I said was “unfortunately there is no amount of money that will make it look the same !’ This isn’t the first issue I had with you but because you DID NOT tell me you damage my vehicle and I had to find it on my own, it will be the last time you will have my business ! Also we just turned in a lease and was never advised of the $495 fee because we did not get another car from you reason being Covid. Can’t not afford another payment. GM leasing said we should of been told or reminded maybe your sales people need to be informed !
