My family and I enjoyed our visit to Eagle GMC on 1/22/21. The service was professional and friendly. The reason for the service was to get my defective rims that were on the truck when I purchased it .They replaced the rims with new defective ones .John Roberts said he would swap them out with black ones that were on the truck when I purchased it .They replaced the rims with new defective ones .John Roberts said he would swap them out with black ones ,if and when they came in .Right now I’m not satisfied with that solution.I would have never bought the truck if I new the rims were defective and I would have to go through this .So right now I’m not happy with the dealership at all or GM .b More
