We had an apt at 830 am Tuesday and they did not pull the car in until 930am . Why have an apt and have to wait an hour before getting started on it. All the service people, the lady the young guy and the older guy "bill I think is his name" work together towards making the customer fell like the problem is getting fixed. In my case I have a 2012 Buick lacrosse that I bought new and the A/C motor was acting funny. They found out what was wrong and it was no big deal. They could have charged me a lot and I wouldn't have known the difference. They're not like that. Best and most honest service I have ever seen. I hope their management keeps thing going like this as it's hard to assemble and maintain a team like this. More
