I giving a poor rating cause they make you feel like I'm wrong an they are right. Had to get a new tire 2 weeks ago an it's still losing air but wont do right by it ruined my rim when they put the so called wrong an they are right. We were on vacation and our back brakes had locked up and we needed complete back brakes, including rotors. It was a pleasure working with Jason in service coordinating my BMW work. A part wasn’t available and he offered to have a driver go to Tampa to get the part. He also texted me on his personal pho coordinating my BMW work. A part wasn’t available and he offered to have a driver go to Tampa to get the part. 9am appt for tire rotation plus check for oil leak. Car dropped off 830am. Car not ready till after 11am. Time in shop could have been less but they did the right thing by only charging for rotation.
