In discussion with our staff, they only recall one guest within the past few weeks that provided a written method of how they wanted their tires rotated. That particular guest, nor any subsequent guests, have not stated anything to any of our staff regarding a lack of performing the service as directed. Needless to say, this review comes as a surprise. You came to us from another dealer because they would not take care of you nor provide you with transportation while you were in for service. We graciously took you in thinking that we could truly make a difference for you. The extended warranty information you provided was incorrect. Not once, not twice, but three times. Regretfully, when calling in claims to extended warranty companies we can be on the phone well over an hour each. At one point we were playing phone tag with your selling dealer to try to find your policy information, only to find out that you did not have the coverage that you said you had. When all was said and done, your extended warranty company denied coverage on many of your requested repairs, Eagle paid over $2,000.00 for your rental that we promised to give you, and to date you have avoided our calls requesting payment for your deductible, oil change, and filter. We had the very best of intentions to help you when your other dealer couldn’t. We would have much rather had a face to face conversation about this rather than putting it out for the world to see. We respectfully request that you pay your deductible and for the oil change and filter we replaced. We also sincerely hope that you can find a facility that will provide the level of service you seek.
