First I was greeted by friendly service writer. While waiting in the waiting room a gentleman wear a White shirt with company logo offered coffee , water and breakfast bar’s . Very unhappy with the service center each time I go they have challenges completing task scheduled. This time my seat heater was not working they ordered parts I had to call to check every two weeks because have challenges completing task scheduled. This time my seat heater was not working they ordered parts I had to call to check every two weeks because they have issues with courtesy calls in repairing the seat they had a unqualified tech work on my car when he put the seat in the car he gouged the speaker cover with the seat track also the manual release. To top it off the heater in the seat does not work still the service guy stated there is a module that needs replaced the module that was to be ordered when this whole fiasco started,Also have a issue with the tire pressure on going they stated they put air and no issues but when I went to pick up the car the tires were low keep an eye on it and the rec tire pressure 30 lbs the tech put 40 in them very upset still waiting on the dealership to call I gave the dealership a great google reveiw 5 Stars if possible I would give service a negative 5. More

Would give it 5 stars as usually I never have a issue and enjoy coming to get my truck serviced and will continue to go here. But this past time, they forgot to put a air filter cap back on and saw it on top enjoy coming to get my truck serviced and will continue to go here. I brought my vehicle in at 8am which was my scheduled appointment time. At 3pm, I received a phone call from Eagle asking if I could wait until tomorrow for the mechanics to look at the vehicle. Why sche appointment time. At 3pm, I received a phone call from Eagle asking if I could wait until tomorrow for the mechanics to look at the vehicle. Why schedule an appointment if my vehicle won't even be diagnosed until the next day? That seems like very poor customer service - my dropping the vehicle off or staying and waiting should not affect when my vehicle is repaired. More
