Piss poor mechanical service After 3-4tries they still cannot fix the problem. The final fix from the service mechanic was to replace 3 tire pressure sensor at. AC was repaired and broke by the time I drove to the end of the driveway. Then broke again less than a month and of course for a different part. Scott said well it is electrical. I have a feeling that they are finding ways to nickel and dime the customer. I will be selling my Envoy with regret...we do like it but service stinks and I can not afford to keep paying for poor service. Also got warranty plan thru your place and was told it would cover almost everything...so far it covers little. Rear window washer pump/moter not cover. Waste of money. Will buy 2 new vehicles but not from you..or GMC .... More

Replace Temp Mode Door - Clicking Noise The issue was complex due to some work another GMC Dealer had performed in Indiana. It took 4 days to get my car back. It was fixed correctly and cost The issue was complex due to some work another GMC Dealer had performed in Indiana. It took 4 days to get my car back. It was fixed correctly and cost more than necessary due to the other Deslers poor workmanship. I realize Eagle Buick was not the cause of the issue and they did everything they could to improve the situation. Thank you. More
