Very bad treatment in the Service Department. I only my car for 2 and 1/2 months, after taking it back for the second time , because the car seems to have a missing problem , when going slow it mi I only my car for 2 and 1/2 months, after taking it back for the second time , because the car seems to have a missing problem , when going slow it misses , I was told on the first visit that the reason it was missing was the previous owner used the gas petal different than I did and the computer was used to the way he drove it. I was told to drive it for a few weeks so I did and recently took it back, what they said that the rim was bent , and they put air in the tire and that fixed the problem. Well my question is what if the air comes out of the tire will the car start to miss again, Its like a joke I will never go back there and I will tell all my friends at the car shows about how badly I was treated . The lady at the counter told me we do know how any of this happened , Quote she said its your word against ours . meaning they were not going to fix my car. More

Eagle GMC supposedly installed ACDelco fuel filter. 2 weeks and 2000 miles later the fuel filter failed in Colorado. Markley Motors GMC service in Fort Collins showed us the old filter that was not an A weeks and 2000 miles later the fuel filter failed in Colorado. Markley Motors GMC service in Fort Collins showed us the old filter that was not an ACDelco but was the old filter that Eagle was supposed to replace, and recommended we use ACDelco filters from now on, stating this on their receipt. Eagle refuses to pay for the cost of our unnecessary breakdown and repair after they failed to do the work we paid for. Eagle claims that we and Markley lied about the filter in order to not have to pay warranty on the part. We have been a good service customer of theirs but would never go back now after their horrid treatment. More

Eagle Buick/GMC ATTN: Russ Baldner 1275 S Suncoast Blvd Homosassa, FL 34448 Dear Mr Baldner, I am writing to let you know how pleased I am with the personnel you have working for you at Eagle Buick/GMC. Over the past two years I have had multiple dealings with several departments and I will say that I received professional treatment at each one of those departments but, I especially wish to address a member of your service department, David Pento. Recently I brought my 2004 Cadillac DeVille in for service and after a conversation with David, decided to have a new set of tires placed on the car. David told me he’d order the tires and call me when they arrived. A few days later David called, I made an appointment and had the tires installed however, during a drive to Savannah, Georgia a few days later I noticed that at speeds of 65 to 70 MPH, the car developed a severe road vibration. Upon returning home I called David, he immediately without hesitation told me to bring the car back in. A second set of tires proved to be apparently faulty. David being very apologetic advised me that he would order another set, and that he would call me when they arrived. On May 9, 2011, David called that the new tires were in. On May 11, 2011 I took the Cadillac to the service department. In a short time David entered the waiting room and asked me to test drive the car, I did and was very pleased. What I’d like to add to this letter is that I’ve had many dealings with auto dealers service departments over the many years of my driving experience, and I would like to tell you that in those many years, David is the very best service man I have had the pleasure of dealing with. He’s very courteous, knows his job well and goes way above what I would consider, the necessary means to make a customer feel good about the service at Eagle GMC. David is a professional in more ways than one. His exuberance is catching, not to mention his friendly manners. I would highly recommend Eagle GMC to all my friends and acquaintances. Good job, you apparently know how to hire good well-trained people. In keeping with this letter of commendation to David, I would ask that a copy be placed in David’s personnel file.
