PO 496 Error as described in letter from GM headquarters I was away and experienced a problem with my Terrain. Went to an Advance Auto Parts and they told me the code. Then Onstar sent me an email saying tha I was away and experienced a problem with my Terrain. Went to an Advance Auto Parts and they told me the code. Then Onstar sent me an email saying that I had a problem and that I should take it to my GMC dealership within 7 days. As soon as I got it back to Florida I called Eagle GMC. They said to bring it right in so they could look at the problem. They fixed it within an hour More

Great service My car was consuming oil. I was told this was not normal by the assistant service manager.After monitoring the consumption for four months i was told My car was consuming oil. I was told this was not normal by the assistant service manager.After monitoring the consumption for four months i was told the motor would have to be rebuilt. This was done under warranty at no cost to me. I'll continue to bring my vehicle back to Eagle Buick because they are honest and courteous. More
