Courteous, professional and customer friendly. I needed some repairs done and when I called to inquire about the price of the parts I was given the price and then informed that the items I needed c I needed some repairs done and when I called to inquire about the price of the parts I was given the price and then informed that the items I needed could probably be found online as an aftermarket item much cheaper. After researching this information I found it to be accurate and very helpful. I did not expect them to provide me with this information, but I was told that they always try to assist their customers in getting the best deal possible.
