Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you still feel this way. In addition to honoring the quote improperly provided by a new team member (without labor) we provided another $20.00 off coupon on the alignment. Please note that it is not uncommon to take 2 1/2 hours to perform the alignment and replace and balance three tires from your entrance to exit. However, the oil change should not have taken so long. Regretfully, although no excuse, the previous 2 vehicles had screws in their tires which added to your wait time. Please contact our Service Director for a resolution that works for you. We sincerely appreciate your business.

We have made our team aware of your remarks and taken the appropriate action with the associate that worked on your vehicle. Please be sure to ask us to fill your DEF fluid when you come in for service as there is no gauge on most models to let us know when it is low. Additionally, many guests have expressed their discontent with us topping it off in the past as they may have some extra at home or prefer a specific brand. We aim to please and would be happy to reimburse the expense you incurred to top off your fluid. We would love the opportunity to regain your trust.
