EZ Choice Auto Sales responded

Customer was at the dealership and drove the vehicle prior to purchase. Customer signed a Buyer's Guide stating vehicle was purchased as is with no warranty from the dealer. She was offered an extended warranty for purchase from a nationally recognized company but declined it. It is unfortunate that the customer encountered a problem with the vehicle. The vehicle was in good safe running order while we were in possession of it and at the time of the sale. All vehicles go through an inspection via a 3rd party before we purchase them. We also allow customers to hire 3rd parties to come to our location to inspect the vehicle onsite if they wish.
