Extreme Auto is a scam. Tey won't uphold their warranties. I saw another post, who said their car was missing, and they were thinking of calling the police to report the car stolen. If I could give a ZERO rating, I would. Run far away from these people. You'd do better getting a bus pass. I purchased a car from them last year and have not yet taken possession. I went to Extreme auto because my credit wasn't so great. I figured at the time they were my only solution. I don't remember the names of the sales reps., but this was my worst dealership experience ever! Wh I figured at the time they were my only solution. When I walked in I told them my situation, they asked me what kind of car I was looking for I said a Honda or a Toyota. The first car they had me test drive was a Lincoln town car. Again I said a Honda or a Toyota. So they had me test drive a Honda Civic, Picture the interior cigarette burns, no cloth on the sun visors, seats had wholes, just awful! They tried to convince me that with my credit I wouldn't be able to get anything else. So I told them I was good and was just going to wait. Next thing I know they have me test driving a Saturn. I get in this car and nothing electrical comes on. They convince me they were going to fix everything. So desperate me I gave them my down payment. Got home thought about it some more and decided this was not what I wanted to do. The next day I went to get my money back and they were not trying to give it back. They tried to show me different cars, but like I told them I want my money back! I had to leave go get someone to come to the dealership with me, ready to hire a lawyer and everything. Yes, they finally gave me my money back. I waited a week found an ad in the paper for Ken Dixon automotive, walked in and two hours later I was leaving out with my Honda. I purchased a Benz in June 2011 and I have yet to receive my title and hard tags. It's been over 6 months. Everything about them says SCAM. I am assuming that they are robbing Peter to pay Paul.
